Pour cet achat d'un ticket de train pour une jeune enfant c'est possible par internet et peut-être préférable de le faire directement à la gare pour être bien renseignée. Bon voyage
My partner is a foreigner and was able to get a rail pass. As I hold a Korean passport I had to book separately. Both of us were not able to pick our reserved seats and are seated in different cars. He requires support as a first time traveller. Is there a way to change our seats to be closer together?
Go to the counter and ask. I could not reserve a seat after payment from the site, sought help when I reached Seoul train station
Hi, carelessly bought KTX tickets from railninja, they emailed the tickets to me today. Contacted the Korea Tourist Information Center and they advised me to contact KTX to verify but can't seem to find any email. How do I confirm the legitimacy of the tickets?
Hi. Your tickets are probably OK, but you paid them at least 50% more. I wrote a detailed review about KTX, read it on the Seoul things to do page. Official KTX website is letskorail, however I am not sure you can check your tickets there. Anyway try there, maybe theres a contact page
I bought 3 ktx tickets but only my name is on the tickets. I don’t see my 2 daughters name on the tickets. Why aren’t their names on the tickets? The total does show that I have bought and have 3 tickets.
You will be fine, we purchase tickets online as well and it only showed the purchasers name, as long as each person has a ticket and a seat you are good they do not care what names are on the tickets… Hope this helps
Hi, I made a reservation via Korail website this afternoon and already got payment confirmation from bank issuer of my credit card. Then I cancelled that reservation via Korail website too but no notification at all from Korail. Do I have to go to ticket counter to process the refund with empty hand or will it be directly refunded to my credit card account at the same time I did the cancellation?
Hi Meiliana, when you do the cancellation, it should have shown you cancellation is successful or not. Maybe you should check on your junkmail box. Normally after cancellation you should have receive an email confirmation on the status
