An international team of our company spend an enjoyable morning at Food & Culture Korea and we learned how to prepare 2 very popular Korean dishes.
Chef Ellie Hyewon Lee is amazing. She is very kind and funny and she explained everything so well and gave us good instructions and useful tips. Thank you for a wonderful time and a delicious lunch where we ate our dishes. Can highly recommend this activity when you are next time in Seoul.

Fun and efficient class of six dishes in an afternoon

Had a great time learning to cook Korean dishes with Ellie. Class is very well organized and efficiently executed so I was able to do six dishes in an afternoon (private class). Ellie is very friendly and informative. Strongly recommended for anyone interested to learn about Korean foods.

The Best Cooking Class in Seoul

This class was one of my favorite things I have done since moving to Korea. Ellie was so easy going and informative and we learned so much. We made a pretty basic dish, bulgogi, but will definitely be back another class soon!

Great Experience and Delicious Food

I attended a Kimbap and Tteokbokki cooking lesson with Ellie and had an amazing time!

Ellie was a fantastic teacher and a great host. Her lesson made the steps easy to follow and gave me confidence on tackling the dishes on my own. While preparing the dishes she also gave us useful tips to remember when preparing the ingredients and suggested some substitutions we can try when we make the dish in the future.

The end results were delicious and well worth taking the class. And receiving a certificate for taking the course and copies of the recipes we made was a great touch and we look forward to cooking these recipes on our own!

Our instructor Ellie was incredible. She is so patient, kind and knowledgeable. She taught us how to make 순두부찌개 I highly recommend anyone who is traveling to Seoul to stop by for a lesson!

This was a seriously fun and informative class. Hye-won shared insightful stories about Korean culture and Korean food, and she took us through the recipes step by step. Everything was delicious and we had a wonderful morning together. This has been a definite highlight of our trip so far. Thanks so much 💜

My partner and I had such a fun time learning about and cooking up our favourite Korean dishes! One of my favourite memories of visiting Korea and would recommend to anyone. It's a relaxed atmosphere where you'll cook and chat and learn some tips on on chosen dishes. You will be well looked after.

Best Japchae Class

We had a great time cooking with Chef Ellie. Our class in English was fun and informative with easy to follow instruction. She had everything ready to start when we arrived and immediately put us ease. We made Japchae which turned into our delicious lunch. Would highly recommend this activity when visiting Seoul. Would be appropriate for all ages.
