I recently participated in the cocktail making course whilst staying at the Sheraton Grand. Huy made the cocktails, I watched. What I was most impressed with were the containers of infused gin, infused with chilli for their rau ram inspire, butterfly flowers, cinnamon and turmeric. Huy and his supervisor Nhan were very proud of their efforts, their gin based cocktails were delicious. I was particularly impressed to see Four Pillars from my home on the shelf.

We came here for after-dinner drinks and was greeted by Huy the bartender who had excellent customer service. Huy recommended the Rau Ram Inspire and the Life of Purity both had good blend of alcohol. The Rau Ram Inspire had a mix of gin, spicy, and freshness while the other had vodka, sweeter profile with lychees which suited my partner's tastebuds. Huy was even kind enough to accommodate my request to surprise my partner with a birthday cake. All in all a perfect way to end the day and to unwind after a long day of tours.

Perfect Martini in Danang I ever try, the Mixologist Huy mixing cocktail awesome than I thought. BecauI drink at beach restaurant before and taste not really good. Not much Bar mixing good cocktails, especially Martini and Classic Cocktails. I also attended Cocktail Making Class at Mix Bar. Trainer Huy was excellent Coach and Bartender when he teaching for me knowledge about Cocktails and Spirits. The Whiskey Tree at Centre of the Bar very highlights, but it’s still nothing if the Mixologist - the soul of a Bar don’t have good knowledge

Great service, beautiful and delicious cocktail! Bartender, I'm not sure his name, maybe "Huy" or "Hye". But he make the cocktail very expertly with his passion and knowledge. It seems he has great knowledge about cocktail and spirits! And he can make for me any cocktail out of the menu if the bar has ingredients. However, I saw him very busy because only him in the Bar. I think he's a Hostess, a Waiter and also a Bartender. Everyone should be here, highly recommended!!

I recommend you to visit this bar at least once! if you stay at Sheraton grand hotel.
We are Korean family.
My family came this bar at quite late time about 11PM. This bar closes at 12:30am i think. Luckily We were alone at the bar and felt like the bar was our private bar. the bartender Huy He treated us gently and made cocktails as my preference. We had fun time and life talk cuz he was friendly. Also he volumed down music for us as our mood.
My parents liked him.
Also I don’t know much about cocktails but he seemed mixing something careful with his passion.
Well if you want to feel very chill and relax in calm mood at night. Just feel free to visit there.
Very easy to talk to him if you are bored at hotel.
for the improvement and to advise this bar, if he could do somekind of performence when he does mixing like as show, it would have been much wonderful.
And i ordered two different cocktails but the both cocktails’ cup was the same design. So it was little bit not surprising.
But anyway, we enjoyed the cozy bar with Huy
I recommend you to go there and drink if you want some entertain at this hotel rather then swimming at late midnight.
The price was also not expensive and economical.

Nice facilities, and staffs. Also Mr. Huy and Vinh is top class Bartender. Five star hotel, five star bartenders!!

Attended a mixology class conducted by Bartender Huy in Sheraton Grande Da Nang. It was an awesome experience because of his passion n I will highly recommend to all to attend .

We joined the cocktail making class during our stay in Sheraton Grand Danang Resort and made three nice drinks by myself. The award-winning mixologist Tu was an excellent coach and bartender. He made us some more cocktails out of the list and all of them were really great. Should certainly check this place out when you visit Danang.
