Location is easy to fine. Have wide range of shops from clothing to food. Food choices are many and supermarket is big.

Just few steps away from the hotel I staying at (Citadines). It doesn’t have the experience brand shops, but there is a department store, supermarket, different selection of restaurants, and cafes. If you are trying to avoid the crowds in MOA, this would be a good alternative.

地上階のウォルターマートは、若干値段が高いスーパーマーケット。
でも綺麗なので諦めがつく。
道を挟んだビルに中華系の企業が入っているので、夕飯時になると非常に多くの中国人がマンイナサル目当てに押しかけてくる。その時のマンイナサルは、満席でかつ９割のお客が中国人で埋め尽くされる。

I was staying at the new Citadines hotel when I saw a fairly mid sized mall housing many essentials that I might need during my stay. The nice thing ? it is barely a 2 minute walk beside. Comprising 4 levels, it has a supermarket. many restaurants and a department store. Aside from housing 2 fast food 24 hour restaurants, there is a food court on the 4th and highest level . It has a Kidzoona for the toddlers and a furniture, appliance store.
What to expect ? no cinema houses. no expensive restaurants and luxury boutique shops . Surprising thing is that it was a Saturday , and very few people can be seen . Soon , once the secret is discovered , expect droves coming in.

Finally, an alternative to the eternally crowded MOA. This is a surprise convenience for me. Just opened this year.
Not comparable in terms of size because W Mall is only 4 floors but it’s got the basics - one stop shops, many retailers including Abenson Home, SB Furniture, Japan Home and DIY Handyman. It also has Waltermart supermarket, French Baker, S&R Pizza and Goldilocks.
Food court at top floor houses many food shops including Hap Chan, Baliwag and Paotsin.
Go here if you only need the basics; you will save plenty of time from traffic, looking for parking and walking inside the much bigger MOA.
CBTL is located at the ground floor for that casual coffee experience - still not crowded as this mall is fairly new. It’s got better-looking and more comfortable furniture than other CBTL branches. And so much easier to get to.

We went here yesterday to play at Kidzooonia. Then went around the mall to check out what else they have to offer. There's miniso but I'm not sure if they have a cinema. Foodcourt is on the 4th floor the same with Kidzooonia. It seems per floor there's restaurant. On the 3rd floor, there's Mang Inasal, then KFC and Coffee Bean on the ground floor same with the grocery store. Just notice there's no comfort room per floor, only on the ground floor.

Just have to walk from baclaran going to Heritage. From Heritage, cross Roxas Blvd. It's either you walk to (around 10 minutes using Double Dragon Mall as your pathway ot you can ride a jeep going to MOA then go down Macapagal. Then you can walk from that point going to the mall (around 5 minutes)
