Beautiful view! It has two, one towards Ipanema and Lagoa Rodrigo Freitas and another towards Cristo. Trilha easy, you have on the way to rest. At the bottom there is free water. It's worth it.

Despite being very beautiful, it is an extremely dangerous and unsafe place, unfortunately. You can only take a photo when a large group arrives because other than that, staying there with two or three people means asking to be surrounded and they go up.

For 2 years since I started living in Rio, I have regularly visited this park and I love it. It is a space that pleases all tastes. There are several sculptures scattered throughout the park, an incredible cultural moment. The park is very safe and super well maintained. For those who enjoy physical activity, there is a trail that leads to 2 viewpoints. Both are short and easy to access. There is a park for children with various activities such as rappelling, tree climbing and zip lining. And there's also plenty of space with benches spread throughout the park to read a book, listen to music and relax.

Parque Catacumba is a gorgeous sculpture park and tropical forest nature hike, located just slightly off the "beaten path", in the Lagoa neighborhood. It's very easy to get to, as the entrance is about a 20 minute walk from Ipanema. It's a wonderful respite from the often noisy and hot city, as the lush forest canopy provides constant shade and slightly cooler temperatures.
After viewing the sculptures at the lower section of the park, you begin the ascent to the summit of the small mountain that stands next to the much taller Morro dos Cabritos (Goats Mountain). The moderate hike takes about 20 minutes to reach the top, and the trail changes from paving stones to woodland path. It's a bit steep in places but is easily hiked in tennis shoes, as we saw Cariocas (Rio locals) making the trek up and back wearing Havaianas (rubber sandals)!
At the top of the trail, you will be afforded beautiful views of the Lagoa, and beyond to the mountains of Dois Irmaos and Pedra da Gavea. You will also see Christ the Redeemer Statue that stands atop Corcovado Mountain. Encircling the Lagoa, are the neighborhoods of Ipanema, Leblon, Lagoa, and Gavea.
TIP: On your return walk from the park, stop at one of the Kiosks by the Lagoa for a refreshment and a snack. Also, the famous Bar Lagoa will be along your walk back to Ipanema. Their Brahma Chopp (draft beer) is icy cold and is some of the best in Rio. Excellent German food.

Parque com grande área verde, trilhas, tirolesa e arvorismo. A trilha para o mirante, embora não seja muito longa, é bastante íngreme e com muitos "degraus", exigindo algum preparo físico. Ao final, a vista a partir dos mirantes é de tirar o fôlego e compensa todo esforço.

Parque en la vera de la Lagoa, con pocos avisos en las guías, pero que tiene trilhas de mediana dificultad, una selva exhuberante en pleno Río, dos miradores muy panorámicos y una colección de esculturas en el camino que lo hacen interesante. Para ir.

Ótima experiência com a natureza, trilha curta e bem fácil de ser realizada, dá pra levar crianças, mirante com vista privilegiada da Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas.
O parque é ótimo para realizar piquenique.
Para quem vai de carro, uma boa opção é estacionar no posto de combustível na Avenida Epitácio, em frente ao Parque.

Não há, como Vitor mencionou a cima, apenas o rotativo direção Tunel Rebouças, O parque tem algumas obras ao ar livre, e uma vista bonita. Pegue um uber, e fique mais a vontade ida e volta, aproveite os bares ao redor, tome um vinho, bom passeio.

Ola, boa noite!
Estou querendo ir para comemorar meu aniversário em fevereiro e gostaria de saber se o parque e a trilha tem entrada franca ou se tem alguma taxa.
E se é permitido levar comida para fazer um piquinique.
