We recently booked 18 day trip with Jaat travels . We have used this company before and were very impressed with the service we received so decided to use them again . We made contact with Pankaj the owner before we booked . He is very polite , professional and gave us a quote which compared very well with other companies. We were met at the airport by Rajendra who was punctual . We had the same driver and the car throughout our trip in India . The car was very comfortable well maintained and very clean . Bottled water was provided in the car throughout the trip . Rajendra drove well paying particular attention to safety . Pankaj stayed in touch during our trip to ensure everything was going to plan . Overall we had a great tour and this is due to the way the company is run by Pankaj who treats his clients as family and nothing was too much travel . No doubt we will be using Jaat tours again and would definitely recommend this company if you are looking at a hassle free safe trip .

We travelled to India for 10 days in November 2022. We decided to hire a driver via Pankaj at JAAT India Tours. Pankaj's communication was very timely and easy to work with. He helped create our entire itenerary.
Upon arrival to Delhi, we met Brij who was our driver for the rest of our time in India. Brij was very nice and easygoing. He was an extremely safe driver and had a well maintained and comfortable vehicle with A/C. He was very knowledgeable about all Delhi and the attractions as well as Jaipur. In Amritsar, Pankaj seamlessly hired a driver and tour guide there who were very knowledgable and nice. We would recommend JAAT India Tours and especially Brij as a driver to anyone and everyone!

We contacted Pankaj at JAAT India Tours for a car and chauffeur for two days in Delhi in mid October 2022. Pankaj’s communication was very good and confirmed the details of our driver, Brij, well in advance of our visit. Brij arrived on time with a clean and well maintained car. From the moment we met we felt comfortable with our choice. Brij was courteous and warm throughout our time together, he is a true gentleman, taking particular care of our health and safety. He has great knowledge of the city and is well connected with the guides at the various places of interest. Pankaj is also a great person to deal with, you can book with his company with complete confidence.

We went on a 12-day Uttarakhand tour starting from Delhi and visited several places including Kedarnath, Badrinath, Haridwar and Rishikesh. The car and service was reliable and excellent and in spite of difficult roads and long drives, the tour was relaxing and enjoyable, thanks to the initiative and organization by Jaat India Tours. We were pointed to additional places of interest in Guptakashi and Auli which were all nice. We were able to enjoy the beauty of the Himalayan. Mountains and the various river confluences. Thanks to Pankaj Singh and Surinder for their excellent service and support during the travels.

Pankaj is one of the most friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable tour operator. He is very focused on customer satisfaction and long term business. Jaat India tour, the best tour company in Delhi. All drivers very well trained and they are very professional. Anytime, every time they are always there. They kept cars very clean. We took 15 days tour including Delhi, kurukshetra, Jyotisar, Mathura etc. I would definitely hire next time I visit India. They also do south India tour too.

I have been a lady business traveler to India for well over 30 years, and you won't find a better car service than Pankaj's Jaat Tours. 1. All of the air-conditioned cars and vans are new and immaculately clean every day. 2, All of the drivers arrive on time, they are polite and well-spoken in English, and are good, safe drivers. They even keep a cooler of cold bottled water and a tray of snacks in the vehicle. 3. They have a number of vehicles and Pankaj personally ensures that you have a well-organized, professional-level experience. The Drivers are confirmed each night with their phone numbers, the vehicle model, and the time for pick up. Everything runs as smooth as silk.
My husband and I returned to India after 2 years and Pankaj was there to provide the same impeccable service. He and the drivers are very easy-going and will do their best to accommodate your needs with a smile. We hire the car and driver for 8 hours per day to do business all over Delhi and have happily used their service for 3 weeks at a time.
Finding a good driver/ car hire in India can be one of the most challenging tasks. It is rare to find one you can use year after year with no worry or hassle. It is money well spent and will make any trip more enjoyable.

Pankaj Singh Jaat Travels provided us an amazing experience in our 10 DAYS tour of the Golden Triangle. When we contacted Mr. Pankaj Singh he immediately provided suggestions and an travel itinerary to help guide us. After conducting research on our own, we came to the conclusion that Mr. Pankaj Singh would be able to provide us with the best package and service compared to several other rentals and tours. We booked a 10 passenger tempo traveler for 10 days. Mr Pankaj Singh gave us Mr. Deruji as our driver who picked us up from Delhi Airport and guided us on all the sights in Delhi, Vrindavan, Mathura, Gokul, Agra, Fetephur Sikri, Jaipur, Ajmer, Pushkar and finally dropped us off at Jaipur Airport. Mr. Deruji was an amazing driver who we built a close relationship with. He became a part of our family. Furthermore, Mr. Pankaj Singh constantly stayed in contact with us and Mr. Deruji to ensure that we were satisfied and that everything was going well. Prior to coming to Delhi we had hear many incidents of thugs and overcharging but with Mr. Deruji we felt completely safe and the entire tour went amazingly. We definitely recommend that you book with Mr. Pankaj Singh for your travels.
