The lounge had mosquitoes flying over food, and unfortunately, the choice of food was only limited to Indian. If you want to have anything else for dinner, that’s not the place to be.

We were warmly welcomed and cared for by Satyam and Md Rafik. They ensured that we were comfortably settled in to the lounge on arrival and then constantly came around to see if we needed anything else. Their professionalism and caring attitude is a credit to Encalm.

Love this place , I haven’t tried anything on their menu that I haven’t enjoyed to be very frank but their staff (komal and Navneet)was so friendly and was happy to explain their lounge facilities to me

I traveled there in the morning and morning staff was very gud in nature and very helpful as well ..........I loved these vase which is place over the cofee machine ......Food option were not too much but if u have waiting time then u can access this Lounge they are accepting only few cards there .....I swiped my priority pass.....but I really like that arrival lounge
