We saw the 106th screening of the play Chakravyuh based on Mahabharata.
Nitish Bharadwaj played Krishna. What a roller coaster of emotions. The actors made us laugh, cry and introspect. It's an air-conditioned, contemporary auditorium.
Light, sound and the stage was excellent.
The toilets were clean, seats in great condition. Quality of Audio and lighting was great.

This Auditorium is one of the cluster of Auditoria near Mandi House Metro and the best among the lot. Many Shows/Performances/Dance/Plays/Events etc are performed in this auditorium. I keep visiting this place to see events. Many shows are ticketed and tickets are available on BookMyShow while many events organised by Delhi Government are free entry. The Auditorium if excellent with good seating and stage. Acoustics are also very good. There is a food counter serving coffee/patties/samosas at the first floor that gets crowded during the intervals.

We went to this auditorium to see a play. Was surprised to see that the management has paid no attention to cleanliness and washroom hygiene.Seats are basic. Perhaps the management could look into these issues. The stage is excellent and thus we enjoyed the play..

I visited Kamani Auditorium after almost 30 years to see a play-Mahabharat today, and was impressed with the changes the Auditorium had undergone over the last few years, all for the better. The parking problem is however still the same, or rather it has gone worse, with the increase in population of both people and cars. The decor of the Auditorium lobby and the improvement in the loos as also the stage is very very perceptible. The play was a new take on the mythological epic, by Felicity Theatre Group. Overall an extremely pleasant evening.

This is a theater where plays etc are held. It can be reached easily as it is situated near ca-naught place. Metro station Mandi House is less than a KM way. Many more famous theaters are its neihbours.

In Central Delhi , you can always check to what play is being staged here . Even if you take a chance , sometime free shows are staged where you can watch on first come first basis . Even if you have to pay, it is not expensive. Nice and comfortable seats with good sound system and snacks to munch during Interval, you can make your day wonderful and entertaining .

We went to this place on 8th July, 2018 for a Hindi play scheduled at 4:30 pm. The auditorium was well maintained and seats comfortable. Only, the AC was little less than expected as it was sweltering heat outside! The lobby area was not air conditioned. The acoustics was excellent!
The canteen services was manned by only one person and there was quite a crowd there!

I visited the Kamani Auditorium twice in February 2018. First time I went to watch the Delhi Sanskritik Mahotsav show, second – the Nizami Khusro Brothers concert. Both performances were great. The concert hall is located in a walking distance from Mandi House metro station. It is nicely designed, clean, and air conditioned. Seats are new and comfortable, the distance between a row of seats is wide enough even for a tall person.
Both times the beginning of a show was announced for 6:00 PM, and both times the show started at 7:00 PM. The time between 6 and 7 was dedicated to the recognition of important people that came for the show. This function could be interesting by itself for foreigners. Both timed I did not buy tickets in advance.
