Dilli dilwalo ki hai.. This plays shows the story of Delhi which exchanged hands from one emperor to the other. The light and sound show is organised twice in the evening , once for Hindi audience and then later for english audience. It is better to reach there before time so as to take the front rows otherwise it sometimes gets good crowds. Also, pls bring with yourself some kind of mosquito repellant as there will be billions of Machcharrs who will be waiting to attack as soon as the night falls. The show was fine with some beautiful light tricks. It brings back the enthuaiasm and desh prem.

Delhi...catch a glimpse of the romance of this ancient city in one hour

Delhi as we know it today is an amalgamation of 10 different cities with a rich history spread over centuries. The excellently executed Light and Sound show at Purana Qila near Pragati Maidan and the Delhi Zoo, captures the history in one mesmerising hour. We had gone for the Hindi commentary since we wanted to savour the language. However, they also have an English version for those who do not understand Hindi. The show is aptly called Isq-e-Dilli (In love with Delhi) and giant colourful projections on one part of the fort unfolds the history. Must watch for those who live at Delhi as well as those who are visiting Delhi.
