Had a horrible experience. Dont ever book here. First while booking we were told tempo traveller was 2-3 yrs old and in excellent condition. Tempo traveller that came was 7yrs old and in bad condition. Push back was not working for some of the seats. We booked from Gurgaon to Manali but the AC system crashed within Gurgaon itself. Driver left us at one dhaba and went on to get that fixed. Waited for 2 hrs there but nothing got fixed. Talked to Mr Sunny the owner, he was rude enough to expect any solution from him. Had to go the whole way with children without AC in terrible heat from Gurgaon to Manali. Gave first 2 full days to the driver in Manali to get AC fixed but they didnt care to get it even checked the first 2 days. Later after our push the 3rd day, he went to get that checked and we were told it cant get fixed here. Then we were told that while coming back he will get gas filled which will atleast make us reach Gurgaon with some relief but that also didnt happen. We were told it wont work. We were travelling with 2-4 yr children in terrible heat in July without AC. Hell of sweating but Mr. Sunny didnt care enough to try and find a solution. And he was always rude whenever any help is asked of him. It was a terrible experience with this agency.

Unsafe... Horrible... Worst service ever.... Do not recommended...
Tempo Vehicle used is too old and in pathetic condition, in beginning of our journey from delhi to shimla one of its tyre got burst and they didn't have another extra tyres to changed it.. They don't have even money to buy a new one.. So they waste our 3 to 4hours only deciding to buy new one or not or to repair the same one and move. Driver very rude, unprofessional and unethical, want to and always ready to fight for any argument. We have to leave them in between and lost our valuable time and money.

We have booked 11 seater deluxe Tempo Traveller from Mr. Sunny for Uttrakhand trip.(Haridwar, Risikesh, Mussorie, Jim Corbett,Bhimtal and Nainital from 28 October to 3 November) Main issue was that we had booked 11 seater Tempo Traveller and Driver came with 16 seater Tempo Traveller which was not as per our requirement and also not suitable for hill area apart from that all things were good, Rate of vehicle was very affordable compared to other vendor, Mr Sunny always available for any kind of help during traveller, driver Mr. Vicky/Dimple was good in behavior throughout the traveling and very helpful during travell, it's safe journey for family members, surely recommended for booking through Mr. sunny, Yes but there's always scope of improvement.

The main advantage of travelling in this vehicle is that the entire group moves together.I have travelled twice-once in a traveller 13+1 and another time for around 20 persons.You can sing,eat and move around nside although with limited mobility.The drawback is leg space and limited space for luggage

We hired a 12 seater tempo traveller. Our driver Rakesh Sharma was excellent at his job. Very well behaved and excellent driving on hilly roads. Thanks alot. We look forward to hiring more services from you. Keep up the good work.

This was a great experience . We enjoyed a a lot while travelling & staying at lansdowne. Thanks to our travel partner to make this travel so much comfortable & easy going so that we could enjoyed this trip to the best. Driver accompanied on this trip is very much skilled & experienced.

The trip was awesome and much better part in this trip is played by my tempo travelers. The trip can not be enjoyed if you can't travel comfortably. The seats were much comfortable, the bus was clean and the driver was well versed.

I was told 12 hrs before my trip that the tempo traveller had mechanical issues and they don't have backup so i will have to look for other options. I had paid advance a month before the trip. They helped me arrange a different tempo traveller but I had to Rs 8000 extra cause the new traveller had high rates. I wont recommend this place but look for other options.

sorry for this problem but as per your review .....we didn't cancelled your booking, we have give you other options : our team helped you and arrange different tempo traveller but you didn't mention in your review you have booked with us normal tempo traveller ....and we will arrange for you MAHARAJA Luxury Tempo Traveller at the last moment ........
its Peak season time sometime we are facing technical problem or other issues .in the car and traveller .. why you have not mention all information ...you said paid extra rs.8000 for new tempo traveller you didn't said 7000 extra our company pay for you....total amount rs.55k you have paid ...48k
you all are 6-7 person we have also give you innova car option ...as well as ...its very cheaper for you but you said no we want tempo traveller
please sir donot confuse persons about our company .........we helped you all time .... we have also give you option ...our traveller isnot working properly if you want so we will refund your money back .....

I got its reference from google and called to book a tempo traveller, He claims competitive prices on the web page and over call but he gives the final pricing, its all together a different story. There is some problem with the vehicle's meter, i guess.
Tempo traveller is not in good condition. And this man never reply on time.

i am sorry but i dont think so that we have done your booking ....this review sounds me fake...!
but yeah if is it so than I would like to answer your question that the prices you have seen on our websites are without toll, parking and state tax.. that is why you find the difference in the prices nothing else....!
and second thing about meter ... so our meter is actually fine even you can match the prices from online goggle map...!
