Today at 7:20 pm I went to picture show at frontier village to see Scream and bought popcorn, 20 min into the show I found hair in my popcorn upon eating it. upon addressing it with staff, one gentleman offered and gave a refund and a movie pass for a future movie after the movie ended, however the general Manager laughed, smirked and shook his head, as he walked away from the conversation, never apologized or offered what his employee took upon himself to offer ! the clerk was a better image for this company than the general manager ! the general managers attitude and response was ill-mannered and unprofessional

Very dirty, staff not trained well at all. You have to go to the concession counter just to get a ticket and it was sticky and dirty as was the floor around it. All employees were waiting on one customer causing all other customers to have to wait. The theatre area was not cleaned between movies and the restroom was disgustingly dirty.

This is our favorite theater! They have reclining seats, reserved seating, the lowest prices for seating, $1 hot dogs, and they honor Harkins cups. They play the most up to date movies and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I have come across a broken or torn seat and let them know, the next time I'm there it is fixed.

My friend and I decided to go to the Picture Show Theatre while our wife's played Bridge. We saw Birds of Prey.
The theatre was fairly quiet that afternoon. The seating is very comfortable with power reclining chairs.
At $5.75 for seniors, it's a pretty good deal.

Picture Show has smaller theatres and a nice variety of food ... and beer and wine! So fun for adults and kids. It's my favorite movie theatre in Prescott

Do they ever clean the seats? Seats we had were torn & taped.
Nice to be able to pick your seats, except we picked what we thought were isle seats #1 & 2 so my husband could get out easily but what we got were against the wall and he had to disrupt a dozen people when he had to get up.

We were vacationing in the area and purchased tickets on-line. Almost didn't enter the theater when we saw the sign posted that law-abiding CCW license holders were not allowed to carry inside. Do you really think a sign banning guns is going to STOP a monster looking to kill?? No theater in our local community bans firearms and we would never attend this theater again. PLEASE consider revising your policy. A gun-free zone does NOT stop monster!

This is the only movie theater in the City of Prescott to play current new releases. The seats recline so you feel like you are in your living room. The sound system is excellent and the picture is always sharp. The snack bar has a nice assortment of snacks and they have a wine bar for those of us that enjoy a drink before or after a movie. You reserve your seats at time of purchase so you are guaranteed to sit where you want. The only complaint I have is that the theaters tend to be on the cool side year round. I always bring a light jacket to be comfortable. Highly recommended.

This is such a great movie venue. Extremely comfortable seats, not a bad seat in the theatre. Easy to reserve ahead if you want to and not much waiting ever to get your tickets.

Great theater with comfortable reclining seats. Excellent selection of first run movies. Book online and reserve your seats. Only draw back is the price of the concession food. Rey expensive. A medium coke is $4.75. But, the theatre tickets are quite reasonable, a fraction of what one would pay in Los Angeles. So, go see a movie! But, eat before you go.
