오픈 된 공간에 대한 정보를 유지에 아주 좋은 곳을 방문하는 트립어드바이저에서. 하지 않기 때문에 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 표지판이 있어서 별로 볼. 우리는 처음에 상공회의소 볏가을을 프레스콧 도움을 받을 길을. 이 길을 따라 걸어갈 수 있는 자리에 앉아 있는 벤치. 플랜트 레이블이 지정됩니다. 저는 이 지역을 걸어 볼 수 있는 뷰, 더 추적할 수 있지만. 아주 평화로운 방문 였습니다.

We recently visited and due to the summer monsoon there were an abundance of flowering plants. If you are interested in native vegetation in Prescott, the plants have name tags so that you can identify the various species.

A Lovely Morning Walk

I went to the Community Nature Center on Sunday morning. I was surprised that I was the only one there! I had a great walk among large boulders and plants that were marked with ID signs. It has a rustic feel, and must be a hidden gem in Prescott.

Difficult to find. Homes nearby. Great nature trails with helpful signage about local plants. Great stroll with the family. Spent 1.5 hours here, walking, talking, & reading. Very family friendly, not handicapped accessible in my opinion.

I found information about this Open Space Preserve here on TripAdvisor and it was a great place to visit. It was not that easy to find because the signage was not that visible from the main road. We stopped at the Prescott Chamber of Commerce first and they help with directions. It is easy walking with benches to sit along the way. The plants are labeled. I only walked to the area where you can see a view, but there are more trails. It was very peaceful to visit.

fun and educational

small but very informative the nature center offers and educational experience for young and old on the types of plant life and trees that grow in Arizona. there is even a watering hole that was part of the rest stops for the mule and horse trains coming into and out of Prescott you can even work the pump so you can help the animals.

Gentle elevations and great trails.

By and large, the trails up the mountain are gentle enough even for the 60-somethings. As you go up the mountain you will notice the changing flora and fauna as you increase the elevation. There are a few spots where you will walk over some rock, but they are not big enough to cause a problem for you. Take a walking stick.

Hidden gem in Prescott

This is a great little nature center in Prescott. There is a small cabin near the entrance with a Hardyville Road exhibit. Many of the native plants, trees and grasses are identified. There are trails for hiking and many benches for sitting and relaxing.
