Great escape room for families. This is the first one we have done with our 9 year old son and he loved it. Would definitely recommend the pirate room.

Booked this for me and my son, first time visiting an escape room and we loved it. The staff were great and explained everything clearly before we began, the Pirate themed room challenged us and the hour flew by. It’s good you have the option to ask for a limited number of clues to help if you get stuck. We both really enjoyed our visit, Cliffhanger Escape rooms are well worth a visit.

Fantastic family fun !
We went as a family of 4 with a 15 and 7 year old. Everyone had the best time. Such a great thing to do and kept us all engaged. The guy running it could not have been more kind and helpful. When we are back in the area we will definitely do another one. We did the pirate ship one and it was great! Next request is the bank heist

It was an ok experience. Staff was very nice but room was just a tiny basic room with no extra ordinary design or structure. Puzzles were fun and well structured. Still it is very expensive for what you get. Price for a single person is still ok but for a family or a group it becomes very high priced for such basic room and activities.

Hi there thank you for your feedback, we are sad to hear that the room didn't meet your expectations. Our bank room is as it is a bank office and as such the size and decor of a bankers office, the excitement of cracking the vault and raiding the bank makes this room our most popular room.
We are pleased you found our staff friendly and that the puzzles were challenging and fun to you.

Good fun room. Decent host and some challenge to the puzzles. Our first room at this location but we hope to come back and play the others. Worth a visit.

Great fun, not at all easy but really enjoyed ourselves, will definitely recommend and return to try the other rooms, can't believe we actually escaped with only a minute remaining!!

Such good fun!!! Certainly not easy and a real team family effort to solve the clues. It was our first time and we were seconds away from escaping!! The guy was great and explained everything really well. This is definitely something we would do again and try another escape room to test our inner puzzle power...you feel so chuffed when you start to unravel the clues and unlock the padlocks to the next stage! The only thing I would say is that some of the padlocks did not line up easily which became frustrating as you moved on thinking you were wrong...so take your time lining them up!!!! Highly recommend...

Brilliant escape room really challenging and loads of fun booked this for our sons 11th birthday and he wants to try another of the rooms staff were really helpful and made the game more fun!
