We are very sorry but due to the weight and size of a power scooter we are unable to accommodate them. Here is some information about the trip that may be helpful. There is parking close to the train. The train has 2 steps onto it and there could be a step or two onto the boat depending on water level. The distance from the train to the boat is 50 to 60 feet. The nature trail at the falls is not handicap accessible as it starts out with 16 steps from the dock to the hiking trail. Even tho a lot of work has been done recently to improve the trail it's still not scooter or wheelchair accessible. Passengers who don't hike, remain on board the boat and the Captain and crew take good care of those folks. The stop over is 1 hour and 15 minutes. Even without hiking to the falls the train ride and boat cruise are very enjoyable. The narration from the captain is very interesting. Being a wilderness tour you never know what kind of wildlife and birds you might spot on the trip too. The first answer to your question was correct in telling you that the state park has handicap access to the falls. The trail is a half a mile but it's paved.
