Used HTP at recommendation of our hotel. Was very satisfied. Was waiting for us at baggage claim; helped us with luggage; very polite; good driver; would use HTP again.

The hotel I stayed at in Time Square arranged for a car to pick up in front of the hotel to JFK. I had arranged the transportation two days before we left. About 5 minutes after the scheduled arrival I received a call from the driver and he asked for us to walk a couple blocks to meet him because of traffic. I agreed because traffic was horrible due to a couple parades going on. I walked to the location where he said to go and kept my eye out for him. He called and said he was a couple minutes out and to look for a black Mercedes. I waited, and he called again and said he was at the corner where he told me to meet him. I DID not see him anywhere. He began yelling at me and saying, "I'm right here in the black Mercedes". He must have said that 7 or 8 times yelling at me. He wouldn't let me get a word in. Finally, I raised my voice back and asked him to stop yelling at me. I said I've hired you to come get me. He finally said, "find another ride" and hung up. Shortly after I received another call from a lady at the office and she said the driver was at a different location waiting for me. I told her that I was at the location the driver asked me to walk to and I also said that he was yelling at me and he said find another ride. She apologized and then hung up. I’ve never received such an unprofessional service from anyone. I would NEVER hire or recommend this company EVER again.

Driver yelled at us (the clients), yelled and honked at pedestrians, yelled and honked at other cars. Drove unnecessarily aggressively. Certainly got us where we were going...so 2 stars. But not an enjoyable ride...so 2 stars. Of course I have no idea about other drivers from HTP so I can only rate my experience.
Note 1: Your NYC hotel might book HTP for you and you many not want a similar negative experience. There are so many (expensive) limo companies in NYC as well as plenty of taxis, Uber and Lift in need of work.
Note 2: Be certain if you are required to pay in cash. Your hotel may say "credit card" but they really don't know what the driver will demand.
Note 1: Your NYC hotel might book HTP for you and you many not want a similar negative experience. There are so many (expensive) limo companies in NYC as well as plenty of taxis, Uber and Lift in need of work.

We needed a transfer to JFK from our mid-town hotel, and chose to book a car rather than take a chance on taxis.
We were delighted to find our booked 'sedan' transfer had become a stretch limo, complete with a courteous and careful driver.
A thoroughly splendid and unforgettable end to a great holiday.

I used this service from JFK airport to Hilton Time Square. My driver Elias was personable very polite and extremely helpful. Will use them again. Very Clean Car

Booked HTP transportation services to get from NYC Penn Station to a hotel in the Financial District and then the return trip the next day. This was for a business trip to the city with my CEO, COO and VP.
Received text while coming into Penn Station from the driver saying he was there at station and where he was parked. Fast and safe ride to hotel in SUV. Return trip next day in their Sprinter van was much roomier for 4 grown men.
Both drivers were courteous and didn't waste time. Each were patient as we made our way to the vehicles. This company is more than reasonably priced. I would feel safe arranging for them to pick up my wife and kids if they made a trip into the city on their own.
HTP is now in my business contacts for next year's arrangements.

Booked through Library Hotel (excellent hotel in Manhattan). Previous experience with Six Stars was excellent, but service has fallen through floor since it has joined with/sold to HTP.
Collection from Newark: driver was constantly on the phone, taking messages, chatting with phone on his ear. Standard of driving was poor.
Collection to JFK: driver was 10-15 minutes late arriving. driver skills poor, constantly on and off the brakes/throttle, causing a very unstable and unpleasant ride. Had no idea of what the cost of the trip was. I had to look it up on emails stood at sidewalk at JFK.
Overall, will not use again.

Ask for Ron or Sal!! We had our eight month old and parents with us and we got to see everything we wanted to see in style!
Our driver was amazing and made sure that every detail was perfect. We never had to rush and routed out everything for us. It was as stress free as it could possibly be!!!
It was reasonably priced for a stretch limo about $90.00 an hour and he had cold drinks ready to go.
He gave us plenty of options and gave us information about the city! We could not have had a better tour of New York!

Yes, it's more expensive that a cab, but the experience is worth the money. Louis was an exceptional driver - pleasant and professional - and a pleasure to chat with. The car was new and clean.......and cool for the New York heat wave. I always arrange for a limo when I travel and just put that into my budget for the trip.
