à l'arrivée à La Guardia, le shuttle n'était pas là et la cie nous a informés qu'ils auraient plus d'une heure de retard, sans autre précision; nous l'avons annulé et pris un taxi. Nous avons aussi annulé le shuttle de retour de peur de manquer notre avion.

The cars were actually provided by ExecuCar. We found our way to the Level 2 Parking Garage at La Guardia as advised by SuperShuttle when I had called them from the Welcome Area, but the people on Level 2 ( Red Shirts ) said SuperShuttle didn't provide Black Car Service, and sent us down to the taxi area. After a 2nd call to SuperShuttle, they finally got the driver to call us, and he confirmed exactly where he was on the 2nd Level. Pity SuperShuttle weren't a bit clearer about exactly what service they were providing. Once the Driver picked us up he was complaining he had to wait 45 minutes while we were roaming around the terminal trying to find him, then he said our bags were too big, although they were within the " 4 bags" listed by Supershuttle for the SUV he was driving. ( and less than 32 inches too )
For our trip home I was sent a text from Supershuttle saying we would be collected from a different hotel to that I had arranged. I called Supershuttle, and they confirmed the address was correct but Hotel must have changed its name at some stage. Anyway the Driver arrived about 10 mins late, and said he had been given wrong address by Supershuttle, and had managed to get to right place by calling them again. This time we had a Chrysler 300C. Again only 2 bags fitted in the boot, and the 3rd had to ride on front passenger seat.
I guess everything worked out OK in the end, but still wasn't overly impressed with Supershuttle's lack of information about what was going on.
To their credit, they did answer the phone quickly when I called them, and did work to sort out the problems that occurred.
Guess I would recommend them, but would be nice if they provided a bit more info about exactly what sort of vehicle was being used, and exactly where it would be located. ( The info I got originally said "kerbside" at La Guardia which was incredibly vague )

Wir hatten vorab über einen Dritten gebucht und mussten den ausgedruckten Voucher am Flughagen Newark am Schalter vorlegen. Ab dann lief alles gut, wir mussten allerdings mehr als eine halbe Stunde auf das Shuttle warten. Die Fahrzeit zum Hotel in Manhattan dauerte dann statt der angegebenen 90 Minuten nicht einmal eine Stunde, wir waren aber auch die ersten, die ausstiegen. Die Rückfahrt buchten wir über das Hotel bei einem anderen Shuttleanbieter. Katastrophe! Trotz mehrmaliger telefonischer Nachfragen mit der Auskunft, das Auto sei unterwegs und gleich da, wurden wir nach mehr als einer Stunde immer noch nicht abgeholt und mussten dann aus Zeitgründen ein 3 mal so teures Privatshuttle nehmen.

Wir kamen am jfk Airport an es hieß es wird auf uns gewartet. Nach vergebener suche Haben wir endlich einen Verantwortlichen gefunden der ein Shuttle organisiert hat . 1 geschlagene Stunde später kam dieser dann auch . Auf der Rückfahrt vom Hotel zum jfk welcher um 8 reserviert war kam um halb 10. dazu kommt die Fahrweise der Fahrer lässt definitiv zu wünschen übrig .

We arrived in New York airport and followed the instructions given to us by Super Shuttle. I was on hold for over 40 minutes waiting in the airport. I finally got someone on the phone and she put me on eternal hold. I called back and was put on hold for an additional length of time and finally got someone on the line who only told me that they were an hour out before picking us up. It then changed to 2 hours within the same call! The representative told me they would be "happy to refund my money". That's great after traveling all day- coming to the city for the first time and was told they would be "happy to refund my money". I would have been happy just to have a car waiting there for us like I reserved and paid for months prior. I asked the rep why if I had a paid reservation that I would have to wait two hours for my family and I to be picked up? He said it was left over from the snow storm New York had 3 days prior. Now that was the most idiotic response I have ever received...totally insulted my intelligence! I finally cancelled with them and took a cab which was actually less expensive! We had Super Shuttle picking us up from our hotel on our return flight home. I decided to keep the reservation and if they didn't show up, I had a plan B- take a cab! (terrible that you would even have to worry about a plan B) The positive is on the pick-up from the hotel to the airport, the driver was on time and he was very pleasant. It seems by reading the reviews that if you want to get picked up from the airport by them- don't do it. If you are being picked up from the hotel to the airport you have a better chance. This company is listed in the available transportation options on the LaGuardia airport website. I would stay away! I wish I had only looked at these reviews before booking as then I wouldn't be one of the many victims of crappy service from this company!

When I got off my flight, couldn’t get in contact with anyone for 40 minutes. Directions to welcome center were unclear. Left the airport over an hour after my flight landed.

la peor experiencia vengo de un vuelo larguísimo y venía super cansada me hicieron esperar 3 horas para recogerme en el aeropuerto se Nueva York y aún seguimos esperando personas. De verdad no vale lo que estas pagando por el servicio, sale muchísimo mas caro.

In short - find other means of transportation far JFK.
Trusted the New York Pass recommendation, that was a big mistake!
Information only received while enroute, so if travelling without data subscription, you will have to wait until you are passed immigration to register your arrival!
Long waiting time - waited an hours
In app messaging not working or at least no one responded!
Guarantee of max 10 persons not relevant! 14 with 3 drops offs!
Not a good start to the holiday, but can only get better from here!

Booked the skip-the-line shuttle from JFK to our hotel in Manhattan expecting this to be the quickest way to transfer. It was far from that as we had to wait in a chaotic queue along with everyone else until we eventually got out on a bus. Skip-the-line is a very misleading description of the service and I would not recommend you book this as it would have been quicker and cheaper to get in a cab. Our driver didn’t even drop us off at the door of our hotel and we had to struggle with our cases from the end of the street! Don’t book the supershuttle unless you enjoy waiting!
