Stage lighting was often in the face of audience. For 20% of the show, I couldn’t see because stage spotlights were directly in my face in section 205 row M. Perhaps management should sit in the seats for the show to make EASY adjustments. My automatic sunglasses kicked in when the lights were in my face and then there was recovery time for sunglasses to clear afterward.
I agree with reviews that this was a loosely woven storyline and would not return for that reason alone. Instead of thinking of Cirque as a premier performance as I have in the past, i find that they’ve not been purposeful in expansion. A Cirque show is no longer an automatic “yes” to attend. I will have to consider each different show separately, and check reviews to consider spending my money.
Now I know why, on a Friday night, there were several empty seats in my section.
I agree with reviews that this was a loosely woven storyline and would not return for that reason alone. Instead of thinking of Cirque as a premier performance as I have in the past, i find that they’ve not been purposeful in expansion. A Cirque show is no longer an automatic “yes” to attend. I will have to consider each different show separately, and check reviews to consider spending my money.

Fo not expect a full CdS experience. Show is loosely strung together. Perhaps 4 mildly entertaining acts held together by amateurish choreagrapy. An overall disappointing production. Surprised CdS would produce and promote such a second rate show - bad for its branding.

We are from Kansas City and this is our first time to NYC. We did the Local Expert Tour - Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Priority Fast Track Tickets in English, with Vivian, and it was the best experience! She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of both the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and was able to answer all of our questions.
Vivian was professional, clear on instructions, kept the group together, kept us engaged, and made the experience fun and exciting! She was also very personable and talked to us about where we lived and about NYC and its history. It is great conversing with her!
Even when a few people stay longer on one island, she made sure to keep and eye out for them so that she could give them the same history that she gave the rest of the group.
She went above and beyond to make sure the Spanish speaking members of our group understood everything.
Highly recommend doing this tour and if you can get her as a tour guide, DO IT!!!!

Not even close to Las Vegas Cirque du Soleil shows. You could tell there was a lot of filler and the set was very boring.

Wasn’t worth it. The acts were cute, but not anything special. I feel like everything done has been seen before. The storyline was pretty lame. I wouldn’t go back. I’m glad this isn’t my first Cirque show, or I wouldn’t ever go to see another. Disappointing.

A part le court séjour à NIAGARA qui a été FORMIDABLE tout le reste du voyage très moyen -aussi bien l'hébergement que la nourriture- avons mis beaucoup de temps pour faire les papiers pour passer aux USA- (c'est un passager qui ns a aidé). 1 jour entier de perdu à "Charles de Gaulle" ...mais le pire c'est que nous avons payé des surcharges de carburant et des taxes d'aéoport bien supérieures à d'autres participants à ce même voyage 1222 € pour nous et 692 € pour d'autres. Nous avons réclamé auprès de SALAUN mais à ce jour aucune réponse à ce sujet "ce n'est pas eux qui décident " Ce voyage pour mes 80 à ans devait être un merveilleux souvenir. mais avec cette impression de m'être faite arnaquée, je ne dors plus je pleure !!!

Asistí a la Exposición Inmersiva de Van Gogh en el Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos de Santander el lunes 29 de agosto 2022. Para ello adquirí mi entrada vía online en el primer turno de la mañana, a las 10 horas.
He de decir que la Exposición me gustó mucho y fue de mi agrado; la encontré perfectamente ilustrada, muy bien documentada destacando la completa explicación audiovisual de larga duración (tal vez le sobran algunos minutos)
Por otra parte las salas de la Exposición estaban acordes a la importancia de la Exposición, siendo el resultado muy destacado. Aclararé que no existe ninguna medida respecto al COVID (la exposición es interior)
Cosa muy distinta fue el apartado organizativo, que resultó necesariamente mejorable. Abrieron las puertas con 10-12 minutos de retraso. Las personas que teníamos reservada la hora de las 10 AM estuvimos en la puerta sin la más mínima explicación por parte de la Organización sobre las causas o motivos del retraso. Ni un cartel ni persona alguna que tuviera a bien informar de la circunstancia.
Una vez dentro, al llegar al hall de acceso preguntamos si existía un canal para presentar una protesta y/o reclamación por la inadecuada atención recibida hasta ese momento. La respuesta de la persona al cargo de la Exposición fue que en efecto no existía un canal apropiado para efectuar reclamaciones.
Con el fin de aclarar las circunstancias he de manifestar que los turnos de acceso a la Exposición están marcados de hora en hora (entiendo que para tasar los aforos e impedir aglomeraciones) Me pregunto qué sucederá cuando los asistentes lleguen con 10-12 minutos de retraso… ¿les permitirán la entrada, tendrán que sacar un nuevo ticket y les devolverán el dinero, les cobrarán los nuevos tickets, cómo será el procedimiento de actuación de la Organización…?
Y para finalizar he de decir que la persona responsable de la Exposición en aquel momento, ante mi queja se mostró educada y conciliadora, pidiendo las oportunas disculpas pero la propia Organización, en mi opinión debe tener previsto un protocolo de actuación ante cualquier tipo de inconveniente que genere un retraso de 10-12 minutos cuando los horarios están tasados y regulados. E informar. Las personas no debemos serles insignificantes teniéndonos en el exterior de un recinto sin ningún tipo de explicación.
Si los accesos en beneficio de todos están marcado de hora en hora; el valor del tiempo es esencial para todos y un retraso de 10-12 minutos en una hora es una porción importante que puede impedirnos una adecuada planificación de posteriores citas.
Una pena que un evento tan interesante se eche a perder por cuestiones de “formalidad” como la vivida.

Scoped out the many places to find a quick, easy lunch during my window shopping at Albany's premier outdoor mall and decided to try Chipotle. Never being there before the nice server led me through the options. My mouth dropped when my lunch totaled over $18 with tax. The tables were not cleaned nor was the floor under the tables and my soft tacos had to be eaten with a spoon.
Their chips were good and the drink tasty but eating the soft tacos was like eating dip as a meal. I looked up the price of their stock and nearly fainted! Apparently, my tastes need an upgrade!

This is a joke it states transportation to Niagara Falls Hotels and then we add on fees of $150 to go across the bridge to the hotel. On the return we have to add transportation to get to the bridge and then across the bridge so you are not getting what you signed up for. Do not use this company they are a rip off and do not provide what they advertise.

Appalling customer service. Booked a shared airport pick up with Viator and partner Attractions4us. This was for 1pm. We had received our luggage by 12.20 so sat outside in indicated waiting area for pickup. As this was a shared service we had booked (and had received confirmation from Viator of 13.00 pick up) we knew we’d have to wait. At 12.51 received a message to contact our driver - straight away tried to ring but took a few minutes as was calling from UK phone so had to add credit. Couldn’t get through. Tried again, left message on answerphone. Also contacted Attractions4us by phone (tried twice, first time got ‘cannot answer your call at the moment,next time left answerphone message. Also sent texts and emails stating where we were and that we were waiting for our airport pick up. Tried the first number for driver again but told he’d ‘waited an hour then left’.
Why did he leave when our booking was for 1 pm?
If he’d been waiting- where? Why hadn’t Attractions4us clarified with us where we should wait?
Why didn’t the driver call us? Attractions4us first of all claimed s/he had phoned several times but no calks were received (I sent Attractions4us a screenshot to show no incoming calls).
I tried in several ways to contact driver/Attractions4us (phone , text, email).
Eventually at 13.35 gave up and got an Uber (definitely recommend this to others arriving at Buffalo airport. Do NOT use Viator or Attractions4us.). We’d been up since 4am and needed to get to our hotel.
No apology from Attractions4us only a request for $55 dollars if we wished to rebook. Terrible customer service.
I have requested refund from Viator and look forward to hearing from them.
To be fair, I have used Viator airport pick ups and tours all over the world and have never had cause to complain until today. Not sure if fault is with them or Attractions4us. But take me advice- avoid and get an Uber or similar.

Hi I have booked the Niagara falls day trip in June. I would like to know if I have to have a Canadian visa. I don't want to go through the process of a visa for a few hours. I will have a USA visa though.I am not bothered on going the Canadian side at all.
You can visit the USA side. There are many activities and for one day there is no need to cross to the Canadian Side
