We were heading home after a wonderful three-night stay in Manhattan; the package deal included transfers in an SUV for the six of us, and our luggage, to and from our hotel in W.Broadway. In complete contrast to our arrival, where we were met professionally and courteously by Edita Lugo, our driver for the return transfer was rude (it was OUR fault that we did not wait for him outside the hotel on the cold sidewalk), unhelpful (his SUV couldn't POSSIBLY take six people and their luggage to JFK) and unpleasant (we, the paying customers, were clearly an imposition to him). Maybe our driver (who bore a passing resemblance in several key ways to Cosmo Kramer from Seinfeld) was having a bad day; I certainly hope we made it worse when we refused point blank to give him a tip. I got the name of this company from the car's dashboard.
