이곳은 합리적인 가격으로 멋진 오션뷰를 바라보며 맛있는 시푸드를 먹을 수 있는 산토리니 최고의 레스토랑입니다. 걸어서 가기에는 좀 힘들지만 우리는 풍경을 즐기며 도착했습니다. 오션뷰, 시푸드, 맥주, 친절한 직원들이 있어서 행복했습니다

이아 마을 절벽 아래에 있는 작은 만입니다. 해산물 식당이 몇 군데 있는데, 이아에서 200개 정도 되는 계단으로 이어진 트레일을 따라서 걸어 내려갈 수도 있고, 차를 타고 가면 뒤쪽으로 돌아서 내려갈 수 있습니다. 막상 항구 근처가 매우 좁기 때문에 차를 돌리기 어려울 수도 있습니다. 주차가 어려우니 차를 가지고 내려가는 것은 별로 추천하지 않습니다.

아무디 베이를 특별히 찾아간 것은 아니고 선셋투어를 하러 갈 때 들렀었다. 작지만 즐거운 분위기였다.

이아마을에서 케이블카를 타고 내려가면 아무디베이가 나옵니다. 번잡함을 싫어하시는 분들이라면 한번 내려가셔서 조용히 해변가를 산책해보시는것도 나쁘진 않을거 같네요. 근처 식당에서 간단한 요기를 하시고, 당나귀를 타러 올라가보세요. 멋진 추억이 되실겁니다.

이아마을 숙소에서 차를 타고 잠시만 내려오면, 아름다운 Amoudi Bay를 만날 수 있습니다.
깨끗한 바다와 사람들이 많지않은 한적함..
특히 절벽 위에 있는 이아마을을 관망할 수 있는 것이 좋았습니다.

걸어서 내려 가는 건 조금 힘들게 느껴졌지만, 막상 내려가면서 멋진 사진도 찍고 바다를 가까이 보니 시원한 느낌이 들었다.

Hi! I'm trying to plan a hike from where we are staying in Imerovigli to Oia and then on to Amoudi Bay for lunch along the water.
My question: Are the restaurants in Amoudi Bay used to sweaty hikers coming in for lunch? Some of the places look very nice and I am worried about making a reservation and then feeling out of place in casual hiking clothes.
We also thought maybe we could go for a swim to cool off before lunch.
Question: Does anyone know of places to change clothes? For example if we wanted to change into and out of bathing suits in between the hike>swim>lunch?

Hi Lauren M.... We walked Oia, then the steps to Ammoudi Bay then to cool off, we swam at a nice location where the little island is that is home to Saint Nicholas Holy Chapel. My wife and I are in our 50's and entered and exited the water no problems. Once you walk the steps down to the bay, turn left and follow the path. After our swim, we walked back to the bay and enjoyed lunch at Sunset in Ammoudi in our swimwear. My wife did freshen up in the lavatories....no problems. Very casual..... and so so nice on the eye...enjoy

Loved your post and took away some of the angst about Santorini and doing the cruise tour due to the Cable Car.
My query is was it easy to simply walk off the tender at the cruise ship port and purchase a ticket to Amoudi Bay as I had heard that the water taxi's werent operating. Did you have to wait long?

Hi Lorraine, we didn't travel via cruise ship so I'm not sure. We stayed in Santorini for a few days and took our hotel's private car to Amoudi Bay.

Bonjour, vous pouvez acceder a la plage par la route , le parking semblait disponible pour les voitures mais c etait en octobre pour notre part nous avons fait la descente par les marches , tres belles vues .....et la remontee par la route (nous etions gares a OIA ),jolie vue aussi sur la mer
Mais surtout ne pas utiliser les anes ... c est de la maltraitance....

You can try as there is a small parking spot close to the bay or you could park by the roadside but I don’t know if that is allowed
Worse scenario you park up the cliff and walk down😞
Tough walk but you get great views😊

We walked down the stairs no real problem - it took 20mins at a slow pace and taking pics along the way. We got a taxi back because it was hot but stairs are definitely manageable going up too

What ios the name of the island that you swam to off Amoudi Bay and how long did it take to swim there please?
We are going in May and would love to do this but I am not the strongest swimmer so would like to check it out first.

I believe your talking about St Nichols. I's about 200-ft from shore. We walked the "trail" around the point from Ammoudi Bay and there is a small swimming area. I would check the tide before venturing into the small channel, slack tide being the calmest; period between high tide and low tide.
