I have been using a personal trainers over the years and I have never met anyone who understood the body better and dug so deep to find and mend the root cause of a problem rather than just trying to fix the symptoms. I was surprised by what was causing my back pain, but he has managed to help this, which no one including medical professionals have done so far. And because he has that basic understanding of what your body can do, he knows how far to push you, when not to push you and when to give you a kick up the backside lol. Scott doesn't promise overnight miracles because like any PT, you only get out of it what you're willing to put into it, but no matter what shape you're in or what shape you are, if you have an injury, a goal, or something that's stopping you achieve that goal then Scott Pirie is the man to talk to.

When changing sports i found my body found it very hard to adapt, causing many problems. Going to the doctors didn't help at all, apparently a few pain killers is all i need! So i went to see Scott and he found the underlying problem with all my injuries, giving me exercises to do and i haven't had any problems since! Managed to get me back on my feet without having to see a physio as well. Couldn't recommend him more highly, felt like i was getting a personal trainer, physio and doctor all in one!
