Always enjoy my spa days here! Had the wonderful Frances massage me today! It was so good I fell asleep! One of the best massages I’ve had & I would recommend the salt scrub! I feel like a newborn … Thankyou - will be booking my next very soon !!!!!

I had a facial and massage. The facial was really good. Mamoona explained everything very well before and after the facial. What really impressed me is that she asked me how my first name is pronounced so that she could get it right. After the facial, she gave me a detailed description of the products she used. Maddie gave me the massage and it was really good as well. She was professional, but also friendly. She asked how I wanted the massage which I appreciated.
I gave i4 stars because you have to pay £5 for a robe.

Wonderful experience in the Belfry spa. I had the inner beauty treatment (facial) with Sarb who was just perfect! Loved every second of it. The facilities are fantastic. Loved the lounge area - super relaxing :)

My daughter & I went on a Spa day which was the best Spa day with afternoon tea I have been on. The facilities and treatments were first class everywhere is immaculate and my therapist Sian was amazing , can’t wait to go back for another one

Myself alongside my Mother, Sister, Aunt & Cousin all visited The Belfry Spa for a Mothers Day gift. We had the most wonderful time! Everything just ran smoothly and feel right into place with timings. We arrived shortly after 11 and had treatments booked for 12. We got changed in clean changing facilities and had complimentary robes and towels to use for the day. We went upstairs to the spa where we waited in a quite luxurious room that was calm and clean with lots of comfy soft furnishings to relax and water to hand whilst you waited to be collected for your treatments. Sarb was the lady who carried out my treatments and she was fantastic. She made me feel at ease immediately and talked through all that was going to happen. We started with my neck, shoulder and back massage. The lighting was dimmed, flickering candle light was in the room and nice relaxing music played. Sarb checked on me to ensure the pressure of the massage was to my liking to ensure I got the best experience. Next I had the facial, Sarb was incredible! Sarb knew her stuff! She asked if I would like to see my skin under UV light to see areas of my skin and how best to treat these areas using which products. Each step was explained so I knew which product (all natural!) was being applied to the areas of my skin. I even got a small scalp massage whilst my face mask did it’s job! Sarb then allowed me to my privacy to get changed and ready to leave the spa. Sarb explained to me all the products used when we got back to reception and said there was no obligation to buy any of the products but for reference if any would like to be purchased as these products were used specifically for my skin type. After the spa we all wants to Rocca’s for drinks and awaited our afternoon tea. The food was delicious and of high quality and was altered to our needs (e.g. no butter on certain sandwiches etc.) we had a wonderful hour chatting and eating. Once we had finished we had a lounge in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The day was such a beautiful day too we even had a sunbathe in the garden area on comfy loungers (felt like we were abroad!) we finished our day off with the fire & ice experience. We all had a go in each room and had a wonderful time. We started with a soaking of our feet in hot water. Then we moved round to aromatic steam rooms and saunas with jacuzzi pool and loungers. We then had ice buckets poured over our head (at our own will 😂) and rubbed ice chips across our skin which was lovely to cool off after the heated rooms. We truly had the most magnificent day and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!
팁:AM in the swimming pool on the weekend had lots of families with young children in, quieter times we found were 2/3pm

I wanted to rate Chelsea at the spa. I had a signature facial and Chelsea was absolutely amazing. She took time to explained everything she was going to do and her lovely personality made me feel very relax. What a lovely girl. The belfry needs more girls like Chelsea. Her facial was wonderful thoroughly enjoyed it

This was a spa day birthday treat for my daughter (and for me too). The fire and ice was amazing, and the hydrotherapy pool was lovely. We enjoyed a sumptuous tea and chilled out in the relaxation room after a really good back, neck and head massage and facial. My practitioner was Kelly V, who gave a very soothing massage, and a very professional facial. She was very thorough in her analysis and gave me some interesting information. Everything was spotlessly clean and all the facilities were in great condition. Would recommend.

Treated my friend to spa day with afternoon tea.
Great resort,nice afternoon tea. Both of us had massages in package and it was amazing.
Lynette was doing my massage and this woman does have wonderful,magic hands.
Thank you to all the staff for having us and creating such an amazing day for us.

Very nice spa day with fire and ice experience, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
I had a body massage by Sian who was so lovely, calming and adjusted the massage according to what I was comfortable with.

I went for a spa day.Had the most relaxing time and would highly recommend.
I had a facial and a shoulder neck and scalp massage by Mamoona the beauty therapist .Can honestly say it was the best facial I have ever had and she was so friendly and helpful. The afternoon tea was delicious and all staff at the Belfry were very helpful.
