What a fantastic evening. A great family atmosphere. We really enjoyed first the great falconry show, and then the sheepdog show that followed. Highly recommended - and would love to go again. Beautiful countryside/coastal setting. Amazing.

I've driven past Borough Farm so many times and walked across their fields on countless occasions, but have never been to watch their Wednesday evening displays even though I live only a very few miles away. Shame on me. At last I went last evening with my daughter and even though it was a little chilly our picnic went uneaten and forgotten, while our minds were blown by the beauty of the birds and the skills of the collies. David's rapport with his dogs and the ease with which he connects with his audience make this family business the best evening out for all those lucky enough to be there. Don't miss it. I'll be back.

Absolutely fabulous earl evening performance at borough sheepdog & falcon show. It was fun lots of interaction with the crowd & the intelligence of sheepdog & falcons/owl is very overwhelming. A great show.

What an amazing evening we had last night, our family of 5 really enjoyed the show. The home made biscuits were delicious too. I contacted David a few weeks previously to explain that my daughter is obsessed with the Mist show so he gave her a special shout out and asked her (as well as others to help him out in the arena. I decided we would treat ourselves to the more personal walk the next day to see his working sheepdog Mirk working well in the most beautiful of areas! It was a really special way to end our holiday!

Went for the 1st time yesterday, it was OK not enough seating area , I am disabled and had to stand up which Is quite a difficult task for me, I advise very strongly to bring your own chair. I had to leave halfway through .. very boring show falcons didn't perform. As expected kept flying away and did not come back when suppose too hahaha, sheepdog mimi was very good ... I would not return once is enough , it is definitely not suitable for disabled people, value you for money absolutely NO .... there is a public footpath next too field where bystanders was watching for free .....

-We supply seating for 500 people. There were 27 people standing on the evening that you visited
-We have disabled parking with the option to sit in the car to watch the show for any one who choses to use it. No blue badge required
-One bird flew away for 5 minutes 30 seconds. Martin flew another bird during this time. Of the 4 birds, 3 flew perfectly.
-You paid for a full show, but chose to leave half way through

We visited on a sunny evening and had an excellent time.
The show lasts about 90 minutes. , 45 of birds and then 45 of sheepdogs.
This was the highlight of our holiday and I highly recommend visiting if you can.

Excellent night out. Well presented and very informative. Even rain didn’t spoil it. Farmer has worked very hard to add a bit of fun plus show off the skills. So glad we visited and will definitely visit again next time we’re down here.

Absolutely fantastic evening. Worth every penny, £15 for 2 adults. Fantastic falconary show to start and then finished off with some wonderful sheep dog demonstrations. Beck the new pup was lovely, along with Minnie, Glen and Sweep put on a fabulous show and was amazing to see how brilliant working dogs are. Gets a bit chilly as it's at the top of a hill so make sure you wrap up even in summer. Will definitely be back, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Absolutely spot on and the best thing we had done during our holiday in North Devon.

An excellent couple of hours of dogs and birds. Really well put together and one of the best bird displays I have seen. The dogs were brilliant and it was great to see dogs at different stages in their training as you usually only see the best ones and this felt much more genuine.

We were staying not too far from here and had seen the signs advertising it so went whilst we were on holiday. It was a brilliant evening. The displays of both the birds of prey and sheep dogs were just fantastic. Seeing the sheepdog round up a herd of sheep in the distance and bring them all to the farmer was just amazing. A fantastic evening out which I would recommend to anyone

Is this venue suitable for someone with mobility difficulties?

We have two locations for our shows. When we are in the open field we have disabled parking that is very close to the show and it is possible to watch from the car, or by sitting on the seating only a few feet away. On Rainy or cold evenings shows are held in the barn. Again we have disabled parking that allows you to park approx 30 yards from the show, and seating is always available. Thank you for your e-mail We are not an open farm, but open for Sheepdog and Falconry displays on Wednseday evenings at 6pm. Price is £5-50 adults, £3 Child.
Our Farmyard shows are held on Tuesday mornings, 11am July 7th to August 25th. Prices are the same as for the Sheepdog and Falconry shows.
