These centre has a cute museum inside all about the snow and the gift store is really big. There was lots of interactive object to play with for the kids and the staff were very friendly

We visited the information centre while staying in the area recently.
Quite a impressive place with a nice staff lady on duty who made sure we were looked after.
Plenty of information brochures available about the town, area and history etc .
There was also a great display of local products and the museum is very interesting.
Here you can learn a lot about the town and it’s history, well worth a visit for sure.

Nice small museum. Lots of books, maps and pamphlets but they have a working hydro model there with nothing about it. No details on maker, designer or parts labelled as to how it all works. Just a sign to press the button. Really a missed opportunity to educate all about what the whole process is about.

I've been to some centres where I've picked up 3-4 brochures and maps and walked out in a minute, this place we stayed for quite a while and made a purchase (rare). The lady there was very helpful, walked around and made sure we picked up some helpful brochures and maps and went over the walks with us and her info & tips were very helpful to us as a first timer in Mount Beauty
