Volcano Bike Tours provided an excellent way to experience Volcano National Park. Responses to inquiries prior to arrival were prompt and informative. Making reservations were easy. We were a group of 8 which could have been difficult for one attendant to accommodate but I was very impressed with the way she quickly got the equipment ready, familiarized us with the e-bikes and got us on our way. The rental bikes were in great condition.
The self-guided tour was easy to follow and provided great supplemental information about the park. The 6 hours rental period was more than adequate to cover the tour route and the additional time allowed for taking side hikes that were not open to bikes.
