If you are looking to find a traditional marketplace in Changwon then make your way to Sangnam Market located a short distance away from a main department store in the city centre. The market sells all sorts of fresh fruit and vetetables, meat, fish, plants, spices, varieties kimchi, secondhand clothing and shoes, street food and dine in meals. The undercover market was huge, there were also many stalls located outside. It was a very pleasant visit to the markets to see what was for sale and see how the locals shop. Don't expect English to be spoken, we needed the assistance of another shopper to help us purchase some street food. A good discovery.
