We turned up for the trip, but the guide did not. It seems that TripAdvisor booked us for the trip and took our money, but the organisation is no longer using TripAdvisor so we had planned out visit around a non existent event. Not good enough from TripAdvisor.
Obviously we can't say anything about the trip, as we didn't get to go on it.
