Phantasialand ist hervorragend und überblickend. Ein Tag reicht hier völlig aus. Der Park gilt als Vorreiter für innovative Achterbahnen und bietet Grundlagen für die Entwicklung neuer Attraktionen für andere Parks. Daher sind hier viele Rekorde geknackt worden.
An sich ist es richtig schön gestaltet. Besonders im Winter gibt es viele Ideen und Veranstaltungen. Immer wieder ein schönes Erlebnis

We visited Phantasialand for the first time in April 2024. We particularly liked the great theming and the cleanliness of the entire park. Despite the fact that it was the last Saturday of the Easter holidays and the weather was excellent, we didn't have to wait too long. The longest wait time was at Taron at around 45-60 minutes, which is still OK for such a busy day. It was just a shame that both water attractions (Chiapas & River Quest) were not running all day. There was also a disruption at Fly from midday, which is why we couldn't ride this ride either, even though it was one of the main reasons for our visit. Because we were able to ride the other attractions several times that day, we had a lot of fun and still had a very nice day, which is why we would be happy to come back. The quality of the attractions is consistently good, only the ghost rickshaw seems a bit out of date. We particularly liked Taron, Black Mamba, Talocan, Mystery Castle, Feng Ju Palace and Colorado Adventure.

The food in the park was good and reasonably priced. As with any theme park, parking was relatively expensive and very tight.

Yesterday we visited the beautiful Phantasialand. I think this is worthy of a nice review every time, we go once every six months because I think this is such a great park with beautifully finished attractions for a wide audience.

In any case, it is recommended to enter the park around 9:30 am. Most attractions do not open until 10 am, but there is often a limited offer for early arrivals. In our case it was Black Mamba, which I had never done first.

Then waited patiently in the Fantasy section until it fully opened at 10am. We first visited the Winja's there because they often have low capacity and you often have to wait quite a long time there. Luckily for us it was a very tame day in the park, almost all attractions had a 5 to 10 minute wait and in most cases you could walk right up to the station and get on straight away. The only roller coaster where we waited longer than 15 minutes was the FLY, but it is definitely worth waiting a little longer for, what a beautiful experience that remains! From the moment you walk into Rookburgh until you step into the cart, it is constructed very nicely.

The advantage of a quiet day: you don't have to wait anywhere. The disadvantage: around 1 p.m. you have seen all the attractions once and it is time for the second round. In the meantime we also enjoyed a show in the Mexican theater (not to be confused with the theater next to the Colerado Adventue), also worth it.

Unfortunately, we caused ourselves a lot of trouble by losing our cell phones. The last part of our visit consisted of visiting the last attractions and asking if they had been found there somewhere. Unfortunately we had to leave the park around 6.15pm without phones, we thought someone had taken them. We had already visited customer service where we filled out forms and received good help.

When we got home the mood was like crying, but we could see from a distance where the phones were last seen. I emailed Phantasialand customer service last night and also called them this morning. Very careful consideration was given, the attraction was searched and the telephones were found. Back today to pick them up, very well assisted by the knowledgeable customer service and all park employees. All's well that ends well!

We would like to thank all the park employees who helped us and will definitely be back soon!

It was wonderful in Phantasialand during the winter dream. Everything was decorated, sparkled and everywhere was very clean. The drinks prices are normal, the food a bit expensive. We were there during the week (Monday) and it was great. You didn't have to queue or wait long anywhere. It's a completely different story at the weekend, it must have been very busy. Every child definitely gets their money's worth. The Hotel Ling Bao is also highly recommended. There is an indoor and outdoor pool.

Having discovered this park more than 20 years ago and going there regularly (every 4/5 years), it is always a real pleasure to be able to spend two days there and enjoy its attractions.
We spent two days in April, outside school holidays in the German area concerned, and had a fairly moderate crowd (around 20 minutes of waiting on average for Taron and Black Mamba, 30 for F.L.Y. and 15 minutes for Winja's ).
The theming is always more elaborate from year to year, the addition of the Deep in Africa Adventure Trail through the Black Mamba route is a real plus. Nothing to say about the new Avoras "attraction" in the Fantasy zone, more aimed at children.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, good capacity for the big attractions (2 trains on Black Mamba, 4 trains on Taron), which reduced waiting times considerably.
The food is still good for a reasonable price (we ate at Cocorico restaurant in the Mexican area).
However, if new attractions are emerging and the last open areas have a very advanced theme, other attractions are clearly left abandoned. Geister Rikscha (the ghost train) is only a shadow of itself and gets worse and worse from year to year (the animatronics barely move, the boat no longer moves, elements of animatronics are on the verge of falling (the teeth of one of the hitchhiking ghosts for example).
Another black spot, Chiapas closed for work, even though the season has been launched for barely two weeks and the park has remained closed for several months. No information in advance, we learned that the same day. What a shame for an attraction of this caliber!
Another downside (which will be more telling for park connoisseurs), no longer long program for Mystery Castle? We used to have a different schedule in the morning and afternoon, but what about this? Nothing more, same program or perhaps a very small difference, but the long program was not done at all.
It's also a shame that the line for the front row of Black Mamba disappeared but we had a very friendly operator who accepted that we waited to be placed in the front row.
Despite these downsides, we still had a very good stay, we had a breakdown in the Taron queue, a breakdown which was announced by an operator via the microphone (big positive point of having communication, German and English too!) and the problem was resolved very quickly (around 10 minutes, maybe less, with communication on the microphone again, great!).
Other positives: the operators, we didn't have a single bad experience with the employees, all the employees were friendly and some even had a bit of humor, the capacity of the attractions was very well managed, it there was excitement in the lands, particularly in the Deep in Africa zone.
One thing is certain, it was not the last time I came and I would return again with great pleasure!

This is by far the best theme park in Germany. I have been to a few theme parks but this is by far the best. I live nearby and so I go there at least 4 times a year.

The positive thing is that a lot of effort was put into the design of the park. You also get your money's worth in terms of food...if you have the necessary budget, the prices are pretty steep.

Now for the negative experiences:

Basically, the park is completely hostile to disabled people! No reduced entrance prices, no parking spaces for disabled people and the worst thing is that the park decides which attractions you can go on.

Some of these attractions can be used with a waiver, but you really do waive all rights, even if a gondola crashes.

Some are completely forbidden for people with disabilities, even if the reason is not clear.

You still have to pay the full entrance fee!

On top of that, the attractions are often hidden, i.e. you can only see parts of the equipment if you don't stand in line. This led to me queuing up in the ghost rickshaw and only then realizing that I couldn't get into the gondola because it wouldn't stop. The employee was only allowed to stop the ride in an emergency, so I had to leave. A big disappointment for my family.

The park itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the waiting times are really bad. We could only whizz past many areas. For an entrance fee of €200, the options were limited due to the masses of people, so a visit to the fair would have been more worthwhile.

A day out with the family was wonderful. We had a great time even though the amusement park is dated in many ways. The waiting times were neatly indicated and reflected reality. However....
What amateurish behavior from the organization & employees when leaving the parking lot. An unorganized mess where responsibility is pushed aside and a traffic light is the excuse for the, for us, hour and a half drive. An event is only as fun as its last memory. And this one, is awful! The park should be ashamed of their behavior and lack of taking responsibility. Even if only in communication, because the employees did not go further than a "we can't do anything about anything". We will remember this day, but the negative overshadows the good.
