We were there last month, September '17. The water temp., in the garden pool was perfect for us (refreshing but not cold). I'm of the opinion it wasn't heated. Email the hotel, they'll let you know. The indoor pool is definitely heated.

It's heated May to September to 25 degrees Celsius, it tells you so on their website.

The outdoor pool is officially open until the end of September. We visited for a long weekend end of September-early October. The weather was great and the pool (and bar) were still open. The pool was definitely heated, it had 28-29 degrees Celsius which was great for a swim in the morning or evening as outside temperature was rather cool then. The inside pool is even warmer and not as small as I had imagined it to be.

When we were there the pool was not heated. It was in May. I suggest to contact the hotel directly

It was a perfect temperature when we were there in early September. I think it was heated but they also have a great indoor pool. We really loved that hotel!
