Vi har haft 16 dage her på hotellet, og ved ankomst tænkte vi, hvad har vi dog booket, men når du kommer ind på området finder du et dejligt hotel, med en skøn og stor pool. Værelserne er store og vores var med 2 badeværelser, 2 rum med 3 dobbeltsenge. Sengene er hårde at sove i. Personalet er søde og venlige og som det er alle steder i Vietnam, forstår de meget lidt engelsk. Der er restaurant på hotellet som servere lidt mad, hvilket er fint, da der er ca. 15 minutters gå tid til selve byen. Børnene har hygget sig på hotellet, og vi har haft forskellige ture herfra, med taxa. Taxa til Ham Thien er ca. 100.000 vnd Hvis man gerne vil have restauranter i nærheden med internationalt mad skal man ikke booke i dette område, da det er mest kendt for fiske industrien, så skal man bo i Ham Thien, sammen med alle russerne. Firstly, the location is super far from the center (more than 10km) we arrived at 10pm and already been told them my arrival time. However, when i get there my room was still not ready. (I ARRIVED AT 10PM!!! NOT 10AM!!) had to waste my time to change to new room and staff attitude was horrible! (Mr. Hai). Secondly, theres no hot water in the room! You will have hot water only during the day time when its sunny. You will have to shower with cold water in the morning and evening. (Not even warm) Water pressure also very very weak! Thridly, the manager or owner never response. I book through airbnb and she never reply you back immediately once you check in and her attitude was also bad. Not helpful and not friendly. Lastly, BE AWARE IF YOU CONSIDERING TO RENT A BIKE FROM THEM!! Its 160k per day and they will tell you which road you should drive to avoid BS Vietnamese police! We took the only road that he mentioned however police got us to rip off. The hotel side force you to pay 500k for brive and I ended up with paying 200k after argue. Which is totally unfair. Worst place Ive ever been in Vietnam so far during my backpacking trip.…

The resort located near Mui Ne market. It take a long way to the center of mui ne(12km). We arrived at 11:30am, we know the check in time at 12pm. Although room was ready but we did not ask for early check in & what we received from the owner of this hotel - Ms.Thuy was: “please sit down here and wait until 12pm to check in, if you want to check in at 11:30am , surcharge will be applied” It’s terrible! We could not believe this is the way she work in hospitality. She so cruelly!!! We stayed on Monday. surely, hotel’s occupancy was low. We even didn't ask for early check in therefore she can nicely explain instead of express a cruelly attitude . Unacceptable !!! After made booking, we contacted Host on airbnb-Ms.Ly, we called many times but she did not pick up the phone or contact us back. We sent a message for her & asked the address of the hotel because it is not clear, she read our message but didn't response, when we complained, she said that “sorry”! That’s all information provided for us. Finally we tried to find the hotel by ourselves. We didn't received any support or welcome from the beginning. Hotel’s facilities quite new but it has not finished yet. Construction on going . They’re still building. It’s not worth for money. We think that she built a hotel and for rent only. She did not know how to do customer services. She should be trained what is hospitality and how to do customer service in this field.…

Hai was very attentive and super sweet. He helped us with everything from room service, free breakfast to driving us around and even dropped us off at the bus station. The room was super clean, big and nice. The view from our room was superb. Although there are construction going on, you can’t heard a single thing, it’s very quiet and peaceful. You can also see the the ocean from the terrace. Can’t wait to see how this place looks after it’s done. Everything was perfect, thank to Hai.
