Budget is right what u pay is what u get . Room clean but uncomfortable bed and no window u can open so either red hot or freezing. Had 2 trolley of used bedding left out side room on entire stay . Not be returning pay a little more and have comfortable stay
The only thing we could possibly fault about this hotel was the lack of parking. However they have a deal with a car park which is 5mins walk away for £7 for 24 hours - which is really good value. We would definitely stay here again, there is nothing else to fault at all. The staff were friendly and helpful, the drinks were reasonably priced, the decor was welcoming, the room was modern and very clean, if a little small, and the location was good in being able to walk to everything. Excellent value for money and a great nights sleep.
No reception desk. No staff no car park on site. The room was small with a double bed against the wall. Hard to get in and out on one side. Room cold and heating not good. Pillows awful and they were short of more. Shower and towels were very good! Wouldn’t go back!
The staff when we arrived yesterday were lovely and very helpful but today we were disappointed by the staff. All we wanted were a few snacks from the cafe and we were left waiting for 10 minutes whilst the staff ignored us. I know breakfast was busy but there was staff just stood doing nothing when they could have quickly put our food through. We had to leave the food because we had to get somewhere. On another note our whole floor on which we were staying (Floor 3) stunk of cigarettes.
Central location 20 mins walk to station, 10 mins to city centre. Different to other Ibis budget rooms - had bathroom separate from bedroom. Felt modern. Clean and no noise from inside or outside of hotel.
