날씨가 안좋아서 아쉬웠지만, 리조트에는 즐길거리가 많습니다. 테니스, 요가, 탁구, 배드민턴, 마사지 수영장 그리고 멋진 레스토랑까지! 그리고 풀빌라는 정말 환상이었습니다 ❤️👍🏻 Quyen 이 많은 도움을 주었어요. 정말 친절한 직원입니다. 스파는 예약이 많으니 꼭 미리 해야합니다 우리는 숙소도 급하게 예약해서 일정조율이 힘들었는데, 끝까지 저희의 요구를 맞춰주기위해 노력해주신 리조트 직원분들께 감사합니다. 연말에 행복한 기억으로 남은 퓨전리조트에요 ❤️

2023년에 이어서 2024년도 퓨전리조트를 방문했습니다~! 나트랑에서는 가장 좋은 리조트가 아닌가 싶어요 ㅎㅎ 굉장히 훌륭한 서비스와 친절함 멋진 뷰 맛있는 음식 전반적으로 다 만족스러웠습니다. ㅎㅎ 다만 간간히 좀 미흡한 서비스가있습니다. 예를들면 룸서비스는 절대 시키지 마세요! 음식 오는데 1시간 걸립니다 ㅠㅠ 와인잔 하나 갖다 달라해도 1시간 ㅠㅠ… 뭐 그런 소소한 불편한점을 빼고는 다 좋았구여…
이번에 특히 Fresh 레스토랑에 있던 여자 매니저님, Suang님 서비스가 너무 좋아서 감동이었습니다. 그분 덕에 저녁식사 경험이 너무 좋았구요 바텐더 Khoi는 제가 베트남에서 만나본 최고의 바텐더였습니다! 테이블에 와서 직접 칵테일을 만들어주는 퍼포먼스가 너무 좋아서 칵테일 3잔이나 마셨어요! ㅋㅋ
그리고 퓨전 마사지사들은 전반적으로 서비스 개선이 필요합니다. ㅠㅠ 그치만 제가 만났던 Hong Ngoc이라는 마사지사는 너무 좋구 잘해줬어요! 그래서 계속 그분한테만 받게 해달라고 요청했습니다~ 그리고 우리가 도착했을때부터 맞이해줬던 버기 Giang, 작년에는 보지 못했던 퓨전에 새로 온 분이셨는데, 정말 제가 만나본 버기 직원분중 가장 전문적이고 최고의 서비스를 저희한테 제공해주었습니다. 아 그리고 올해는 프랑스어 하는 Nathalie도 만날 수 있어서 좋았어요!! 불어도 하고 영어도 잘해서 덕분에 편하게 쉬다 갔습니다.
저는 원래 트립어드바이저 리뷰 안쓰지만, 이번에 특히 감동받은 서비스를 제공해준 직원분들께 감사를 표현하고자 리뷰를 쓰고 갑니다~ ㅎㅎ

As your information, your mom have not decided to travel yet, so you can book a suite or villa 1 bedroom for 2 adults and 1 child (3yrs). Then, if your mom want to join, you will pay for 1 extra bed or you can pay for upgrade surcharge from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom.
About the late check out service, it's subject to availability and we will inform you when you stay here. If you want to guarantee, you should pay for an extra night.
