직원들도 매우 친절했습니다 버틀러가 각 동마다있는 시스템이였는데 각종 예약 및 문의사항을 친절하게답해주셨습니다 뿐만아니러 로비에계신분들(jose luis) 버기운전사분들 바텐더분들 식당분들 모두 친절하였습니다 기분좋은 여행이였어요
룸서비스와 식당도 모두 맛이 괜찮으니 잘 활용하면좋을거같아요 인피니티풀 근처에서 열리는 즉석식당도좋습니다😃

매우 만족스러웠던 호텔. 특히 빌라마다 있는 버틀러 서비스는 너무 만족스러웠다. 우리 빌라에 있는 Maggie, Andrea, Ramon 의 서비스는 매우 친절하였고 우리를 잘 신경 써 주었다(64빌라) 그리고 housekeeping 또한 매우 만족스러웠고, 호텔안에 있는 모든 직원들이 친절하여 호텔에 대한 인상이 더 좋아졌다. 한국에서 이 곳을 방문한다면 TRS UKatan 호텔을 추천할 것이다. 특히 호텔 내부에 있는 다양한 시설들, 무료로 즐길 수 있는 액티비티(카약, 패들보트,프라이빗 바다) 가 만족스러웠다. 카약 직원 중 Enrique를 매우 칭찬한다

천국같은 허니문을 보냈어요~ 3박 5일 가득차게 리조트에 머무면서 한순간도 실망스러운 부분없이 감동스러웠던 리조트입니다. 동남아 리조트보다 훨씬 서비스나 시설 모두 월등해요. 특히 올인클루시브는 정말... 사랑입니다♡ 체크아웃날도 오후 5시까지 시설이용 가능해서 호텔존 넘어가는날 최대한 늦게까지 리조트에 있다가 넘어갑니다ㅋㅋㅋ 최소 4박이상은 해야 리조트를 다 둘러 볼거같아요 엄청 큰 규모에 근처 다른 리조트도 즐길 수 있어서 쉴틈없이 돌아다녔습니다!! 그랜드팔라디움 쪽 로비에 기념품샵에 쇼핑할게 많아서 폭풍쇼핑했어요~ 플라야델카르멘 지역 상점들은 바가지가 너무 심해서 기념품 살 엄두가 안났는데 거기서 안사고 넘어온걸 잘했다고 했어요ㅋㅋ 인피니티풀은 제가 가본 중 최고였고, 화이트샌드비치에서 해수욕도 참 좋았습니다. 특히 다들 극찬하는 헬리오스 식사도 역시 훌륭하고 다른 식당의 음식들도 좋았어요 엘가우초 스테이크 별로라는 후기가 많았는데 헬리오스보다 엘가우초 스테이크가 더 퀄리티 좋습니다! 다만 한국인 입맛에 많이 짜서ㅠㅠ 짜지 않게 부탁하면 맛있는 스테이크 즐길 수 있을거같아요~
한국에서 너무 멀어서 또 올수 있을지 모르겠지만.. 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 올거에요!! 매년 휴가를 여기에서 즐길 수 있는 분들 너무 부러워요~~

I had an amazing time here staff great and nothing too much trouble. You will need to book restaurants in advance as they fill up quickly although lunch is available at a few areas until late afternoon, at times we missed dinner as too full from lunch!. Take small notes for tipping but the check in desks can change larger notes for you.
