되게 깔끔하고 뷰도 좋았습니다. 인근에 은행이 많아서 환전하기가 편리하지만 오후 5시 이전에 가시길 바라겠습니다. 호텔에서도 환전은 해주지만, 하루에 1방당 300달러가 리미트입니다. 그리고 아무리 급해도 그랩 이용하세요. 호텔앞에서 그냥 기다리고있는 오토바이나 일반택시 요런거는 타지마세요. 바가지 씌우는데 팰수도 없습니다. 그랩 이용하십시오 무조건. 아니면 호텔측에 택시잡아달라해도됩니다

20FLOOR, GRAND DELUX , 4박 출장 목적이기에, 조식과 숙박을 제외하고 다른 서비스는 이용하지 않았습니다. 뷰가 너무 좋고, 룸도 너무 깨끗하여 좋았습니다. 다음에는 출장이 아닌, 여행 목적으로 꼭 다시 머물고 싶습니다. 조식은 메뉴가 다양하진 않지만 맛과 구성이 다 만족스러웠습니다. 바로 옆에 VINCOM 쇼핑몰이 있어서 더 좋았습니다.

방을 예쁘고 깨끗하고 딜럭습니다. 장밖에 풍경을 도시 전부 다 보일 수 있습니다. 한 밤만 자서도 편합니다. 스파도 있고, 식당하고 아침 뷔페에 음식이 맛있고, 수영장 멋짐,... 편의시설 짱입니다. 예약부터 체크아웃까지 마음을 듭니다. 특히, Tram Anh 직원이 영어가 잘해서 많이 도와주시고 친절합니다. 빈펄호텔에 서비스와 직원은 덕분에 휴가를 더 좋은 기억을 됩니다.

룸은 깨끗하고 잘 정리되어 있었고 뷰도 환상적입니다. 수영장 관리도 훌륭하고 룸 못지않은 뷰를 가지고 있으니 꼭 수영복 가지고 가시기를 추천합니다. 루프탑의 풍광은 멋지지만 아이동반 투숙객들이 아이들을 데려와 뛰어놀게 해서 조금 불편했습니다. 조식은 메뉴와 맛 모두 다 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 컨시어지에서 대행해주는 후에 왕릉 패키지프로그램을 추천합니다.도착후 예약하려하니 안내문으로 받은 프로그램이 마감되어있었으나 컨시어지에서 같은 옵션의 프로그램을 알아보고 예약해주셔서 아주 만족했습니다. 머무는 동안 어느 하나 부족한 것이 없어서 이 호텔 예약을 2박밖에 하지 않았다는 것이 너무 아쉬웠습니다.
