훌륭한 서비스와 시설입니다. 멋진 풍경과 프라이빗 비치는 한적하고 모래는 부드럽습니다. 잔잔한 파도 덕분에 아이들과 걱정없이 놀 수 있습니다. 침대와 침구류는 따뜻하고 포근했습니다. 직원분들은 굉장히 친절하고 전문적입니다. 음식도 맛있습니다.추천하는 파스타 많은 베트남 전통 요리도 아주 훌륭합니다. 아침 식사도 훌륭합니다. 수영장 물도 깨끗하고 온도 적당합니다. 아주 즐겁고 여유로우며 럭셔리한 경험을 할 수 있습니다.

아미아나에서 4박을 지내고, 베나자 카페후기를 본후 걱정반 설레임 반으로 입성한 그란 멜리아~^^ 아직 완벽하게 준비가 다 된것은 아닌지만 걱정한것이 무색하게 모든것이 완벽하게 저희 부부에게는 너무좋았습니다. 룸컨디션과 친절한직원들 리조트이지만 호텔에서 머물고있는 느낌이였습니다. 공사소음이 있다고 했는데 전혀 없고요. 메인풀과 비치도 이용가능했어요. 조식은 말할것도 없고. 주문하면 바로 만들어서 서빙을 해주고 룸서비스도 다 맛있었어요. 그래서 내년 4월에 가족들과 다시 방문계획하고 있습니다.

호캉스를 좋아하는 3인가족으로써 2살아기 엄마 아빠 모두 만족할만한 호텔이다. 키즈클럽은 어느 베트남의 호텔보다 단연 1등이다 . 규모도 크고 직원이 무엇보다 친절하다. 메인풀장은 생각보다 커서 놀랐다. 인공으로 만든 해변역시 좋다. 아직은 뷔페가 아니라 단품식사를 해야 하지만 수준급 음식들이다. 나중에 조식이 뷔페로 운영한다면 더 좋아질거 같다 룸서비스로 먹은 스테이크는 너무 맛있었다 호잉집사의서비스는세계최고였다 그로인해 4박동안 너무 편하게 묶을수 있었다 조만간또올꺼임

나트랑 두번째 방문 19년도 다른호텔 3베드풀빌라에서 묶은적이 있는데 엄청 비교될만큼 친절함을 느낄수 있었다 요즘 신상호텔을 자주 다니는편인데 작년 푸꾸옥의리젠트 다녀와 친절함에 깊은 여운이 남았었는데 이젠 그란멜리아 앓이를 할거 같다 자신을 우리에게 전담 집사라고 소개한 호잉 그 덕분에 최고의 여행이였다 여기는 그냥 천국이다. 아직정비중인곳이있었지만 상관없이 서비스에모든것이용서가되는부분이였다
