1) You mention 'shuttle' buses. Which areas do they go to? Do they go to the hutong areas? etc.
How often do they go? Can we return to the hotel on the bus from drop off points?
2) How far is the hotel to the subway?
3)How difficult is it to get a taxi to and from the hotel from tourist attractions.
4) Can we book tickets to the Kung Fu show at the hotel.
When is the show? Cost? etc.

I walked to the subway station. It is walkable but about 20 minutes at a good pace. It's nice that a lot of signage is in English. They have made it much easier for tourists to use local transit. Have a great trip!!
