Seriously, this hotel need to strengthen service education for all the staff. The room rate increase a lot but service quality is getting worst. isn't this hotel not a service industry? My husband and his brother is a paiza member so we have a several chance to stay at this hotel. But since yesterday, we won't go to such place never ever. i just go and get a one more room key to check in counter yesterday dinner time, coz all my family left without me with my bag and cell phone while we walk around shopping mall. We can't fine each other coz place was very crowded. i need to go to the room first. It was urgent situation because i need to feeding my 8 month baby faster. But there was a one indian guy and he given a frosty reception. I explain my situation and begging him. But The way he talk to me was very arrogant Seems he look down on me. Very very unpleasant. Another women staff who walk around lobby, i ask her just help me to take a lift. She was same as him. Talk to me very unkind and arrogant. No service mind at all. I will feedback about this hotel all the web site as much as i can. I travel a lot and stay many kind of hotel in the world. But This is a worst in more than 10 years of my hotel experience. Your service is worse than chalet on no named island of Philippines.
