Very dedicated, helpful and friendly staff

I cannot fault the level of dedication of the hotel staff. They were incredibly friendly and very keen to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. This included arranging lifts to the airport, helping my colleague find his luggage after the airline lost it, and catering to my dietary needs (gluten free). My room was very large and comfortable (I was even upgraded at no extra charge). The company arranging our travel was late in paying and they were very respectful and patient whilst this was sorted, which took out the awkwardness at this end. I'd happily come back if I was staying in Pristina again.

Excellent

I cannot rate the staff or the hotel highly enough. There were a few problems on this trip, none of which were the fault of the hotel. However, they went above and beyond to try to help us with solutions. Nothing was too much trouble. As for the hotel, it is spotless and comfortable. The breakfast is huge and really good food, and it is in a good location within walking distance of bars, restaurants and the city centre. If you are going to Prishtina, go here.
