Unsatisfactory stay

We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel. From Oct 30-Nov 4. The first 2 nights were great , air conditioning worked to our satisfaction. But on the 3rd night, it suddenly switched to heater mode. When we asked front desk, they explained it away as ‘winter mode, open your windows, all rooms the same’.This was on a 25c daytime and 16c lows at night. We couldn’t leave the window open as location is on a noisy busy street. It made for hot uncomfortable nights. There wasn’t any self control system for the air conditioning in the rooms. There isn’t any firm pillow upon request and umbrellas for guests to borrow. It rained on our last day and we asked front desk if we could borrow umbrellas, they couldn’t provide for us. Plus is the location of this hotel, and strong water pressure and clean sheets. Front desk was helpful in booking a taxi ride for us going to the airport. …

Excellente adresse.

Tour de 32 étages située dans la rue principale du quartier, hyper touristique. A 5 mn de la plage où on peut louer des matelas. Place de parking souterrain à 10 mille kw/jour. Vue fantastique sur la mer des le 28eme étage, sinon vue latérale. Literie et wifi très bons. Bouilloire et frigidaire. Peinture à rafraîchir…station de métro à 5 mn ligne 2. Pas de restauration mais enseignes internationales pour le petit déjeuner ouvertes tôt à proximité. Hyper insonorisé…Rooftop intérieur avec restauration. Check in rapide.

Clean, No Frills Hotel opposite Haeundae Beach

Lavi De Atlan Hotel is quite new; its check-in lobby is on 3/F. Our room is very clean. The hotel provides disposable toothbrushes while toiletries are from wall mounted dispensers inside the shower cubicle. There are reusable (not new disposables) slippers in the room. Every room has a balcony and a big TV with more channels that one has time for. Lavi De Atlan is a no frills hotel, with limited copies of Busan maps on the front desk counter. If you need more info to plan your itinerary, just walk to the Govt Tourist Office beside the Sea Life Aquarium on Haeundae Beach. Checkout time at 11am is strictly enforced; late checkout is chargeable. I like the hotel's location opposite Haeundae Beach, along a lively street with many cafes and restaurants. Many taxis ply the street in front of the hotel. The airport bus stops at Seacloud Hotel on the main road. The ride takes about 90 minutes. As Lavi De Atlan Hotel is located behind Seacloud Hotel, I don't recommend paying more for a seaview room because it is just a peekaboo seaview. A city view room is good enough. Ask for room nos xx01 through xx07 which overlook the colourful street below. Don't expect room upgrades from the dour faced front desk staff even if you're staying a week. The cafe on the ground floor of the hotel serves great coffee and cheesecake, opens at 9am daily till 2am. There is a GS25 convenience store within the hotel, on the ground floor, right at the back. If I opt to stay in the Haeundae area on future trips to Busan, I'm likely to overlook the lacklustre service and pick this hotel again for its location, provided the room rates remain competitive. …

Decent stay with Rudest Staff ever

Liked · Except for the location nothing was great about the hotel. Disliked · Super rude staff, decent rooms with no view, average hotel. The staff didn't even help with basic query regarding the commute from the hotel to the subway station.

해운대 빛축제 관광

위치가 너무 좋아요.. 해운대 바닷가 접근이 걸어서 1-2분 이면 되고 호텔 바로 옆에 해운대 재래시장이 위치해 있음. 특히 밤 야시장 경험이 끝내줍니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 구남로 위치해 있어 호텔에서 구남로 빛축제 구경 끝내줍니다. 신축이라 호텔 시설 깨끗하고 좋아요.
