올 해 앰버서더 등급이 된 아들과 함께 추억을 만들기 위해 늦은 비행으로 자정이 되어서 도착하였습니다. 현관에 도착하자 직원께서 반갑게 인사 건네 주시고 무거운 캐리어를 직접 들어서 로비까지 들어다 주시고 프론트로 안내해 주셨습니다.
Duyen지배인께서 재 방문 감사 인사를 전해주시면서 빠른 체크인을 진행해 주셨고 Giselle yen지배인께서 사전 룸 업그레이 등을 조치해주셔서 편하게 체크인이 된 듯합니다. 체크인 중 Danh당직 지배인께서 웰컴티와 물수건을 직접 가져다 주시는 배려도 해주셨습니다. Khang프론트 지배인께서는 체크인시 직접인사도 건네주셨고 Thao지배인께서는 오랜 비행으로 힘드셨을텐데 필요한게 있으시면 언제든지 말씀해주시면 조치해 주시겠다고 인사 해주셨습니다. 체크인을 마치고 직접 버기로 빌라까지 안내해 주셨고 빌라에 들어서자 Jean총 지배인님은 친필 레터와 함께 웰컴 어메니티를 깔끔하게 준비해 주셨습니다.
조식을 하기위해 메인 로비로 걸어가는데 Khanh지배인께서 친절하게 인사를 해주시면서 도움이 필요하시면 요청해달라 해주셔서 아침부터 기분이 좋았습니다.
Food studio 도착하자 Mark지배인께 직접 레스토랑 문을 열어주시고 반갑게 맞이 해주셨습니다. Lanh지배인께서 바다가 보이는 쪽으로 자리 배정도 도와주셨습니다. Tin쉐프께서는 쌀국수를 손수 만들어서 제가 좋아하는 고수와 함께 자리까지 가져다 주셨습니다.
3월 까지 두 번 더 르네상스 호이안을 가족들과 함께 올수 밖에 없는 이유는 직원들의랑 따뜻한 배려와 함께 아늑하고 조용한 이곳에서 편하게 지낼수 있게 배려해 주시기 때문입니다.
늘 편하고 친절하게 배려해주시는 직원들께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

좋은 리조트입니다. 비수기에 방문해도 좋아요. 시내와 멀지 않고 셔틀도 운행합니다. 바에서 경험할 수 있는 칵테일 메뉴들도 훌륭합니다. 조식당의 메뉴들도 매일 아침식사를 기다려지게 합니다. 편안한 룸컨디션도 좋았고 대형티비는 넷플릭스를 지원합니다. 비즈니스센터에서 업무를 볼 수도 있으며 Gym시설은 간단히 운동하기에 충분합니다. 전반적으로 모든 시설들이 높은 품질과 만족도를 제공했습니다. 프론트데스크에서 시내투어에 대한 정보들도 제공합니다. 지원에 감사합니다.

베트남 처음 와 봤는데 빈펄리조트 남호이안에 머물러서 베트남에 대한 좋은 선입견과 좋은 추억들 만들 수 있었습니다. 넓고 깔끔한 방에 넓은 수영장, 아름다운 프라이빗해변까지 뭐 하나 부족함 없는 완벽한 숙소였어요.🤩🤩 특히 Thịnh 이라는 남자직원 너무 젠틀하고 친절한 서비스를 제공해주셔서 고마웠어요.😏😏❤️🔥✨ 꼭 다시 재방문하고 싶습니다.🥰🥰

르네상스 호이안에서 정말 쉼 다운 쉼을 가졌습니다. 일단 조식당에서 보는 바다뷰 멋지고 음식도 훌륭했어요. 특히 아이스코코넛 커피는 밖에서 사먹는거보다 훨 맛있습니다. 수영장에 누워 책을보거나 음악을 들으니 천국이었고요, 직원들도 모두 친절했어요. 올드타운까지 차로 15분거리이나 무료셔틀버스가 자주있어서 저희에겐 문제가 되지않았어요. 방도 아주 깨끗했고 무언가를 부탁할시 바로바로 응대해서 처리해줬어요. 저흰 르네상스호이안 이 너무 맘에 들어서 다음에 간다해도 호이안은 무조건 르네상스 갈거에요. 강력 추천합니다.

첫번째 결혼기념일을 축하하기 위하여 방문하였습니다. 호이안 시내와는 조금 떨어져 있지만 그래서인지 더욱 한산하고 리조트 전체를 평화롭게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 기념일이라고 전해주신 손카드와 케이크, 그리고 아름다운 욕조 및 침대 데코레이션까지! 정말 행복한 추억을 안고 떠났습니다. 조식도, 수영장도, 앞 바다도, 객실도, 무엇 하나 빠지지 않고 정말 좋은 곳이었습니다.

객실 팁:한국인들이 생각보다 적어 너무 좋았습니다. 20분 미만으로 걸으면 해산물 레스토랑이 나오는데, 현지 느낌도 나고 참 좋았네요.
