Camera pulita, e questa è l'unica cosa positiva. Stanza al secondo piano senza ascensore, ma passi. Prenotato per 4 persone, ma il divano letto non era fatto e la risposta è stata:"dovevate avvisarci di fare il divano letto". Il secondo giorno la camera non è stata rifatta, alle nostre rimostranze ci è stato risposto che avevano trovato la camera chiusa e che avevano sentito voci di bambini, quando noi eravamo stati fuori tutto il giorno, direi che un momento si poteva trovare per rifare la stanza. Alle nostre rimostranze, il personale di reception non ha porto neanche una scusa, ma ha cercato di spostare le responsabilità su di noi....veramente intollerabile ed inaccettabile. Io sconsiglio veramente questo albergo, personale altamente incompetente ed irritante.

Buon albergo vicino al centro Ho molto apprezzato lo stile dell'albergo. Un po' meno i due piani di scale senza ascensore. Però la posizione è ottima, l'albergo bello, la colazione buona e abbondante ... Ci tornerei Data del soggiorno: luglio 2024

Superior DZ: Groß & schön, jedoch hellhörig, nur kleiner Spiegel im Bad, kein Fenster und Duschkabine undicht (Wasser lief ständig raus), Minikühlschrank, sehr kleiner TV, kleine Nachttisch, Teppich im Zimmer, Vorhänge (schwer zuzumachen), Duschgel in Dusche, Badezimmer Türe bleibt leider nicht offen, kein Safe oder Spiegel im Zimmer

Freundliche Mitarbeiter die auch hilfreiche Tipps geben Alles sehr sauber Teilweise renoviert Reinigung der Zimmer auf Wunsch, Handtücher gibt's täglich frisch

Really nice hotel in a great location. Check in was quick and we were shown to our large, comfortable room on the top floor. There’s no lift as this is an old, renovated building with a courtyard in the middle. Breakfast was sufficient in an attractive room, and the room tariff very reasonable. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Union Square. Our room overlooked the Opera House. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. I can recommend this hotel when staying in Cluj.

I booked 2 rooms for me and my boss. When I arrived they said 3 times that there was just one twin room. Totally inappropriate. They refused to refund the room they failed to provide despite being shown the booking confirmation that said two rooms and had the names of the people who were to stay in said rooms. My boss left and found somewhere else, I stayed in the one room. It was grim. Reccomend a sleeping bag on a bench would be better than these cowboys.
