Very fast checkin and friendly service thanks Mr Agil and Afiq for your hospitality Hotel has nice view and service. Breakfast is great and room is spacious and quality amenities. Location is right at the golf course. Recommend this new hotel for your perfect trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Clean rooms friendly staff. Enjoyed the experience here . We had a lovely birthday party. The pool is good for kids . There are amazing slides. Very cozy ambiance and the room was overlooking the golf course. There is also a kids club. That’s not to fancy but sufficient to entertain little children

The Hotel manager Muiez hosted us during the ramadhan buffet and he was very nice,helpful and attentive to our needs.We had a great time there with the warm and nice service provided by Muiz. This is definitely highly recommended if you are looking for a nice and cozy hotel with a 5 star facilities and place to makan buffet! We definitely come back again!

The hotel or resort appeared to be new and clean, but that was about the only positive aspect of our experience. We were allowed to check in early, which was appreciated, but the process was slow even though the counters were empty. We soon found out that there was only one restaurant available in the whole resort, and it only offered a buffet option at a steep price of RM188++ per person. Although there was an alternative to order a la carte, we were not allowed to dine in the restaurant. Instead, a chinese attendant directed us to sit by the pool under the scorching sun without a fan, which was a rather inconsiderate suggestion. The attendant's gesture towards us seemed to suggest that if we could handle the heat, we should eat at the resort, but if not, we should go elsewhere, and he didn't seem to care either way. We decided to look for food outside the resort and returned around 3pm, only to find a long queue for check-in (see attached photo). Clearly, the resort was not prepared to accommodate such a large crowd. During breakfast (long queue as well, photo attached), the tables were not ready, and the food did not replenish quickly enough to keep up with the demand of the crowd. The breakfast buffet was not worth the high price. It was clear that the management had not adequately prepared to handle such a large number of guests. While the resort was new and clean, this did not make up for the numerous other shortcomings we experienced.…
