kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời, chúng tôi rất ấn tượng với bữa buffet tối, đồ ăn rất ngon và phong phú, cách trang trí làm chúng tối rất thích, khung cảnh, nhân viên,..tất cả đều tuyệt vời, cảm ơn khách sạn rất nhiều!

Hotel is clean enough and facilities average. Customer care and staff knowledge is non existent. Every issue has to involve management…..who are only available in core hours. Feedback is generally that things will improve….but feedback never received. Having stayed for many weeks over the last year….if the decline in the hotel quality continues then it will book elsewhere.

On behalf of the hotel management, we would like to thank you for choosing to visit our hotel many times and for sharing your opinion on this matter with us. As the hotel provider, our goal is to always deliver seamless service to our guests, therefore it saddens us that we have not delivered on our promise during your stay and we offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. As the responsible party at our hotel, the issues which you brought to our attention have prompted serious reflection and soul-searching on the managers’ part. We will endeavour to always take guests’ points of view and ensure that requests and questionnaires from guests are properly shared among staff and enhance more training for staff to well-know more deeply about guests’ benefits to can feedback and explain clearly immediately to guests except some special case which is not included in the policy and need further approval. 迟了起床中午叫他执房没有人执房。迷你酒吧一点食物也没有。房间每天是有兩支水的也没有補给。景观周围是工地。大厂圍住

Dear Mr Tse K, First of all, we would like to apologise for your experience at our hotel. Please be ensured that as a quality hospitality provider, we do not discriminate and always treat all patrons with respect. In our guest room, we set up daily 2 bottles of water and our Housekeeping team is always on standby and ready to deliver extra on your needs. Besides, in order to increase the convenience of guests in standard rooms, the refrigerator is intentionally left empty for more space for you to keep your favourite items. In case you wish to have drink items please purchase at our kiosk located on the lobby floor or order room service. In the future, we hope to be able to serve you again and we will try our best to deliver memorable experiences to you. Best regards, The Hotel Management.

저와 제 가족은 호텔에서 하루를 묵습니다. . 도착 시 직원이 수하물을 도와드리며 크고 깨끗한 방이 있습니다. . 무료 미니바, 완비된 편의용품, 다리미 및 다리미판 등 객실 내 매우 좋은 시설. 푹신하고 편안한 침대. . 개선이 필요한 룸서비스 음식을 주문합니다. . 우리는 피자를 주문하는데 몇 가지 재료가 없습니다. . 우리는 방 밖에 트레이를 둡니다. . 다음날까지 아무도 픽업하지 않습니다. . HK는 더 세심해야 합니다. . 이른 아침 좋은 조식 뷔페. . 우리는 호텔에서 일본 점심도 즐겼습니다. . 음식의 질은 향상되어야 하고 음식과 음료 메뉴 모두에 대해 더 많은 옵션이 필요합니다. . 전반적으로 우리는 돌아와서 친구들에게 추천할 것입니다. .
