I wanted to check the room condition before I prepare my luggage,
so I visited your websites
but couldn't find any information about "Family room".
Can you give me some detailed information about the "Family room", please?
For example, room size, amenity, bath room condition(with or without bath tub), floor location, etc.

I made a reservation through bookingcom from 26th of September for 2 nights as a Family room type for 3 persons. Our flight will be arrived at 10'o'clock at the airport so we want to check in the room around 11 or 12 o'clock. Is it possible? (My reservation number is 632088355)
And therer is one more thing to ask. I also made a reservation of another room from 28th of September for 1 night as a deluxe double room type. That means I have to move my luggage from Famiy type to Deluxe type on 28th of September. From what time can I move it to the deluxe room? It will be better for me if it's early. (another reservation number is 778036671)
