Estivemos no Grey Door no período de 07/09 a 14/09/23. Nossa estadia original seria em um resort, que compramos há mais de um ano, mas, quando chegamos, o 123 Milhas havia cancelado nossa reserva, mesmo com tudo pago e sem qualquer comunicação prévia! Saímos para procurar um lugar para ficar e nos encontramos com AJ, o proprietário. Podemos dizer que ele foi o nosso anjo da guarda, uma pessoa incrível que nos ajudou quando estávamos desamparados e sem lugar para ficar! A propriedade é simplesmente maravilhosa, ficamos em um apartamento de 2 quartos, sendo uma suíte. Possui sala de estar, cozinha completa e equipada com tudo o que é necessário. Tem ar condicionado em cada um dos quartos e na sala/cozinha também. É um local moderno e funcional. Tem academia, piscina, lavanderia, máquina de gelo, churrasqueiras, entre outras coisas. Também oferece cadeiras para praia, snorkel, cooler, toalhas de banho e de praia, amenidades no banheiro. Tem estacionamento para cada um dos apartamentos também. AJ nos ajudou com dicas de passeios e restaurantes, compras, cupom de desconto para supermercado, etc. Com certeza encontramos uma joia em Aruba, quando nem tínhamos lugar para ficar e recomendamos o Gray Door para todos que queiram uma estadia perfeita quando visitarem Aruba.…

We loved this place and can't wait to come back. My husband took me here for a birthday trip and my daughter and her fiancé accompanied us. Our host Esther was the absolute nicest lady you could ever meet. Her husband was great too with our tour of the whole place at check in and showing us around, showing us how everything worked and giving us recommendations on where to eat. It was impeccably clean and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again as would my daughter and her fiance. They loved it as much as we did.

Vanaf het boeken tot ons vertrek een zeer fijn en klantvriendelijk contact met Esther en Arjan. Een nieuw, ruim en schoon appartement in Noord op korte rijafstand van veel wat er te doen valt op Aruba. Er is echt aan alles gedacht voor een comfortabel verblijf. De extra plusjes waren het heerlijk bed, de regen douche, de goede geluidsisolatie. Wat wil je nog meer op vakantie.

I just returned from Aruba spending 5 nights at the Gray Door Apartments. My 1-bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. It had a full kitchen with all needed appliances, kitchenware, and tableware. The living area and bedroom each have smart TVs. The bedroom has a soft, foam-type mattress, and plenty of shelf and hanging space for clothing. The bathroom has a large shower. Other room amenities included lounges and a cooler to take to the beach. Also, they provided several reusable shopping bags to take to the grocery store. The owners are friendly, helpful, and accessible via WhatsApp. The building is in the Noord section of Aruba, about a 5–6-minute drive to the Palm Beach area, and close to all needed shopping. Based on its location, you will be better served by having a rental car to get around. The price and value were terrific.…

I had a wonderful stay here, felt like a luxurious stay in a beautiful, modern apartment that was well furnished and decorated with a stocked kitchen. Esther and Arjen were incredibly hospitable hosts, immediately responsive, friendly and helpful. The place is immaculate. Best to rent a car, since it’s much more convenient and easy to drive around to all the sights, including the beaches, and parking is so easy on the island. The parking space itself is very tight so definitely no big cars. I had originally rented from Esther/Arjen since they also had a car rental service but that business was sold to Five Star Rental. The rate was comparable to established agencies and included a ride to/from airport, which was convenient. It seems like everyone on the island is indeed happy and nice, just made me feel very welcome. The only slight downside is that there are only stairs, no elevator since the bldg is only 3 stories, and the pool is not heated, it was too cool and the hot tub was not heated either. One of the best amenities is the on-site washer/dryer on each floor, and there were free tokens for a one-time use.…
