Fantastic country pub !!!!! Karl and Tracey are the best hosts! The Sunday roast was spectacular!!!the beer garden is a winner x thanks for your hospitality!! The live music in the main bar on Saturday was a winner with the grey nomads and the locals!

Spend a couple of weeks here, family run and owned best pub in the town. Really look after you. All food was excellent remember your orders etc, clean rooms and good atmosphere. will be back. Wes T - paint ninja.

our last night travelling with friends, so dinner at the pub was the order of the day. Great pub friendly old fashion fun service, good food and at a good price. Very queensland pub atmosphere, well worth a stop and meal.

When Mount Morgan was in its heyday, it boasted 27 pubs. Now there are only four and one of those is closed and on the market. The Leichhardt Hotel is one of the remaining three. Its point of difference is its beer garden, a quirky, pet-friendly oasis of greenery. mosaic work and TLC. The pub was built in 1899 and is the oldest of those remaining. Current owners Peter and Narelle are friendly and inviting. We went for lunch on a sunny July arvo. Apart from the regular menu there is a range of lunch time specials, so why not drop in for grilled barramundi, a tasty steak sandwich or a burger. Accompany it with a cold ale and wile away the time in the beautiful surroundings.
