I have been staying a couple of times and I have never witnessed such awful customer service as today on my last visit. I was rudely sent a text message not to stay again as I had left fake tan on the duvet set and how I have no respect! This is a temporary lotion that is extremely mild and comes out in the wash. So, I gave her my comments back on my stay: 1)Last stay the water in the shower was boiling hot and we were unable to shower. We notified her of this and knowing we were unable to shower and a huge H&S risk she did not even apologise or offer any discount. 2)Dogs are noisy 3)Advertise free car parking but my last 2 stays i was unable to park 4)Can hear the people showering next door 5)even though I opt for invoice on departure and even ask on departure I always have to chase her weeks after Why offer services if you do not deliver them. My reply back from her, was - good then it will be no hardship not to come back! Awful customer service when all my comments are extremely valid. Utterly flabbergasted!…

I found this B&B/Guesthouse on the web while looking for somewhere to stay near to Hartley Wintney as I had an early morning meeting at the office & thought better of driving the same day from my home in Cambridgeshire. My room was superb, spacious, clean & peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable! If anyone is looking for a change from a dull & dreary hotel both for business or pleasure I recommend a visit. Its just a shame in rained all evening as I was looking forward to a nice evening stroll. I didn't get the chance to say hello or goodbye to the owner so thank you & hopefully I can on my next visit.

If I could leave a review for 0stars I would. We made a booking here on 3rd December 2017 to stay in May 2018. 3 months after making the booking they emailed us to say the room we had booked wasnt available and they had cancelled the booking, but dont worry as they waived the cancellation fee. Not sure why it took them 3 months to work out the room wasnt available or why they didnt have the courtesy to cancel by phone. Extremely poor customer service and business management... AVOID! I cant believe they even said "we will waive the cancellation fee"... well of course you should. Its due to staff incompetence that THEY cancelled ME.
