Sous Chef Kent Longbine has been cooking professionally for over 16 years. He started his culinary career at in Scottsdale at The Orange Table, one of the cities hottest brunch spots. He later moved to Kansas City is 2017 where he took over as Chef De Cuisine at The Deuce at The National Golf Club of Kansas city under Chef Ken Hornbeck. Chef Kent also did a stint in Chicago where he worked at two of the best restaurants in the world under Curtis Duffy and Grant Achatz at Grace and Alenia.
