I think that there was a small step up to the room we went into - but I also think that the restaurant has more than one entrance

My wife, myself and son are looking to move to Boulogne in the next 6-12 months and I am an Executive Chef from Melbourne Australia with 25 years industry experience with Iron Chef Jacket, Master of Game and Master Barista, would you have room for one more Chef in your glorious kitchen? :) Will definitely come to eat there as we just missed you by one door and ended up at Le Scala the most worse shop we have ever been in in our lives.
