Good Morning. My name is Melissa Beck and I am the General Manager of the Rhinebeck location and I want to apologize for your unpleasant experience this past weekend. I am sorry that our case was close to empty upon your arrival as we do fill it every morning. I do hope that your treat was delicious even though it may not have been your first choice! As for the young lady you encountered, I am incredibly sorry for this interaction. We do pride ourselves in good customer service. How to speak with and handle customers is part of our training and is constant throughout their time with us. I am not sure what occurred in the encounter as it was not brought to my attention so I am looking into this immediately. This young lady is in her final week with us but does not excuse this behavior at all. Thank you for bringing to my attention your time with us this weekend and I hope that you will give us another chance to adorn you with a 5 star experience.
