스페인 남부지역을 여행하면서 마지막으로 머문 아파트가 참 좋았는데, 집으로 돌아오기 전에 짐들을 늘어놓았다가 다시 쌀 시간과 공간을 주었기 때문입니다 . 음식을 준비할 수 있는 편리성과 지역 식당들을 이용할 수 있었던 점도 좋아요. 아파트는 시내의 오래된 구역에 위치했는데 역사유적과 식당들을 방문하기 좋은 위치였고 주요 쇼핑상가에서 멀지 않았습니다.더 보기

해변 윗쪽의 다른 호텔 서비그룹 몬티벨로 (비슷한 가격대)에서 머물러 봤기 때문에 비교를 안할 수가 없군요. 그 호텔 스파가 너무 좋았어서 아메리고에서도 스파 사용이 포함된 객실을 지불했지만 다른 호텔과 비교해서 너무 낡고 작았고 풀 안의 물은 차가워서 사용하지 않았습니다. 모든 서비스도 굉장히 비쌌어요. 제가 사는 곳에선 한 시간 서비스를 받을 가격에 이곳에서는 20분 밖에 받지 못했죠. 객실은 멋지고 넓었고 편안한 침대도 있었지만 빌딩 앞에 있는 것처럼 시끄러웠죠. 침대 끝 쪽에 위치한 책상 근처엔 노트북에 전원을 연결할 수 있는 콘센트도 없고 편안히 앉을 의자도 없었죠. 작은 스툴 밖에는요. 아침식사는 그럭저럭 괜찮았지만 가격대를 생각하면 4유로를 추가로 지불하지 않고서도 무료로 주문 가능한 계란 요리가 있었어야 한다고 생각해요. 18유로를 미리 지불한 걸 생각하면 좀 너무한 듯 합니다.

We would also like to take this opportunity to send you or sincere apologies for not been able to meet your expectations in your last stay at the Hospes Amérigo.
Regarding your comments about our Bodyna Spa, due to its location on the 4th floor and being the Hospes Amérigo in Alicante´s city center, we have tried to make the most of this area and a you very well said we not have the size of other Spas but we have the luxury to enjoy views to Santa Barbara Castle from the pool.
We take very good note of your comments about the temperature of the water and we will check with our Maintenance Department, as water in the pool should be normally kept between 29 and 31 degrees Celsius.
We are glad that you found our beds confortable and the size of the rooms good, regarding the noise in the front of the buiding, as your room was facing Altamira Street you may find at certain times some noise. For those Guests that are more sensitive to this matter, we always try to asign a more quite room facing either the Hotel passage or a courtyard room.
